That the rooms with 2 beds were fulls, not queens. My husband and I were very uncomfortable.

the check in woman was very unfriendly. in fact she said we hadn't paid, when I had through booking, so we paid twice and are still trying to get our money back.

The beds are all double size cots. There was also a sign on the door that indicated they charge anyone who lives in the area an extra charge. (Prostitution for example)

The parking was in the back of the building & not by your room. You had to walk down this long hall to get to the room. The desk manager was a bit grumpy.

The area was full of homeless people and I was worried about our truck getting broken into or stolen.

The bed was great for us to snuggle down in after a days work.

Noisy neighbors. Not enough handicap parking. No view. No breakfast. Driveway easy to miss. Room was small no real closet just a rack to hang clothes. I booked through Booking.com. my special price was $71 per night and my final price was $435 which included tax and fees plus $100 refundable deposit for damages. They said I had to pay an additional $100 deposit and my room rates were different for each night ranging from $94 and more each day. The clerk didn't understand why. My deposit paid to them was refunded but not the amount that was quoted with my original order.

It was furnished well. The water was hot not just warm. Good amount of towels. It had a fridge and Microwave and coffee maker and coffee.

Extra towels and fix the bath tub. It was coming apart and got backed up every time I used it. Also I could hear Mcdonalds drive thru

The tub needs some work and a few extra towel would have been nice. Also I could hear Mcdonalds thru the closed window. Was pretty pricey for the place other wise I would expect it.

The area does not feel safe. There are too much homeless and panhandling in the area. There is no charm to this place, it is easily on the list of the worst places I have stayed.

It’s old and run down, our window faced the McDonalds drive through so there was noise from cats driving through. There were lots of homeless tweakers yelling outside at night.

McDonalds drive-thru next door could be noisy, the neighbourhood was full of homeless and odd people hanging around outside, at the local shops and up and down the street. Noise from hallway, entrance and other rooms was intrusive and our room was right by reception but there was clearly no interest in keeping the area quiet.

My booking got me a room that was at the end of the hall, furthest from the entrance and parking. There were homeless across the street asking for money but they didn't hang around the hotel. Walking to get something to eat was a bit less comfortable.

The girl at the desk was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Room was clean and bed was fine. Lots of food options in walking distance including a nice Mexican restaurant.

You can't see your car from the room. There seemed to be a lot of homeless people wandering around.

Overall, a good stay. Continental breakfast was as expected- packaged pastry, banana, and coffee. Towels were better than expected- decent. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. There is a selection of restaurants and fast food right next door and an express car wash that made up for the location away from the center of town.
