There was a lot of noise at night, I don't know what facilities were making it.

Wi-Fi: my tablet not able to connect to Wi-Fi. So tablet not usable. I put money in vending machine and got no product. Night clerk could have offered refund but did not. He told me I had to contact owner of machine to get refund. Spare me. I will not do business again here because these people apparently aren’t grateful for my business.

When I went in the room it was Dank and musty smelling and I had to open the window and spray Fabreese throughout the room. I also had to take the A/C filter out and wash it in the tub It turned the bottom of the tub black with dirt.. It was only then that the musty smell stayed away. When I sat at the desk it felt like fleas were jumping on my legs. I had to have the staff come in and vacuum the carpet thoroughly. I told the front desk about it and they were very apologetic and said I should have let them know so they could have cleaned it. I was apprehensive about staying there on the first floor because people would walk by as if they were casing the rooms. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was OK for a cold breakfast.

Strong smell of smoke in our non-smoking room. Breakfast was sparse.

Traveling for a lacrosse tournament for my 16 year old son. Cost was lower that some nearby hotels. Good - bed very comfortable but need to bring own pillows. Ice make was great! Average - breakfast choices were sparse and not replenished very often when empty. Bad - our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff came in and sprayed it (also an overwhelming smell), applied baking soda or something to floors and vacuumed on the second day, but stench never left… we just gradually became nose blind. 3rd floor is a smoking floor but the smoke gets in lower floors.

no cups in room, safe didn't work. our second room, the clock didn't work....furniture was old, but comfortable. we were on the 3rd floor-no elevator. weed smell in lobby and hallways. rooms smelled fine though!

coffee was good......nothing else special about the breakfast though. The beds were very comfortable !!! You have the strangest set up with the air conditioner in the suite room with the fan in the wall to pull the cool air into the bedroom from the living room., but it worked-however if it was summer, I don't think the bedroom would have been cool enough! Rooms were clean!

This place was quit, very clean. Basic breakfast for the price it puts many places to shame. I would definitely recommend and will stay again.

There was a lot of issues with the facility and cleanliness of the room. There was a muffin left behind half eaten and hair on the toilet. The room also smelled and we found a glass pipe left behind on the floor. We called and asked to be moved to a cleaner room. The entire hotel seems to be on its last leg. The floors were bouncy and uneven to walk on, there was caked on dust and mold in the showers. There is no elevator so if you’re on the third floor, be aware. Breakfast was cereal and bread. I would not stay here again, I’ve paid less for cleaner hotels.

Very old, needs updated. Moved 4 time until we got a room that the air conditioning worked. Smelled very bad, people were smoking in their rooms. Bags of trash outside in the hallways. Carpet is very worn and dirty.
