Location is not the best if you don't have a car, bit far from city centre. We drove so it wasn't a problem.

There really wasn't anything other than parking being a bit tight. Also, if they really want to impress, putting some info in the room with area info, etc would be a nice touch.

Clearly this hotel takes pride in what they provide. Cleanliness is soooooo important when staying anywhere and this place did not dissapoint. I felt comfortable unpacking and trusting the surfaces were cleaned. The asthetic is great with all the flowers outside (very pretty!) and the decor inside. The lobby was nice, neat and appeared clean. The location is great and we would definately stay here again!

Really good comfortable rooms. Good coffee and tea facilities! Only stopped for one night on a road trip but served us well! And only a 20 minute walk into Monterey for a drink and some food.

I stayed for a night on a way from San Francisco to Santa Barbara. It's located not far from a motorway and there is onsite parking. I arrived very late but there is always someone at the reception. The room is very well equipped

It was rather loud because of the parking right in front of the room and the ice machine next to it.

The room was functional with an attached bathroom. There was a small coffee machine, but no glasses for drinking water or brushing your teeth. There is no breakfast. The location is convenient if you have a car.

It was quite noisy, making it easy to hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. The AC was loud at night, and the reception staff, while not outright rude, weren't exactly friendly or welcoming either. The most disappointing aspect was their unwillingness to accommodate basic requests. Despite paying for a room for four people and only receiving two comforters, my request for an extra one was denied. This is a simple amenity that even the most budget-friendly hotels usually provide upon request. The receptionist's response that they "can't accommodate every guest" was particularly frustrating. It wasn't a special request, just a basic necessity. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially when there are far nicer options available at this price point.

The hotel wasn't bad, but it didn't live up to the expectations set by the reviews. Although I was aware it was a motel and didn't set my hopes too high, the price tag for one night led me to expect a certain level of quality. On the plus side, the place was pretty clean and well-maintained, not showing too much wear and tear.

Extremely clean and cheap. The only issue I encountered was bed was a bit harder than I like, but for the price I really cannot complain. Staff was really nice and helpful.
