unexpected pet fee - non refundable. I leave my hotel rooms pet free when I leave aside from stray fur and you have to vacuum anyway.

The room we were in was a very weird arrangement. The tv was facing a wall with nothing across from it to sit in front of. And there was just a random sink in the room.

The staff was very friendly, the location was great amd the hotel was clean.

Firmness of the bed wasn't quite for me. No one's fault but my own back. Would have like to have had a crib available for infant.

We were suprised the beds had coil springs. One of our beds was apparently that old that there was not a good place to sleep. Left, right or middle of the bed did not sleep great.

On a roadtrip so we stayed for one night. The location was great, close to city center but quiet. It is a nice hotel, looks new, decoration is modern and extended breakfast included, with warm and cold options

A lovely place to stay. We were able to relax after our drive down from the North of Washington State.

A hold charge was placed on my credit card for the exact amount of and in addition too my full bill. It locked up that amount of money for a full week. That is ridiculous and unacceptable I won't be back. Only 2 small waffle makers for an entire motel full of people that is a serious oversight. The garbage cans in the room were way too small. The chair in the room was extremely uncomfortable. The décor was absolutely awful. One of the women at the front desk outright lied to me about the charges on my bill.

Room was very clean air conditioning worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

It was difficult to squeeze out an adequate amount of lotion from the bottle. I had to vigorously shake it upside down to squeeze a small amount out. Then shake again to get a little bit more. Next time, I'll bring my own toiletries.

There was good water pressure for the shower. The towels were clean and thick enough.

On 8/29/2024, Thursday, someone knocking on the window. Kudos to the night desk person, he right away investigated. That was the time we did feel comfortable.

The staff was great. Very friendly, especially the lady who did the breakfast on weekdays. The room was clean and comfortable.

the room itself was fairly restrictive for handicap access around the bed and the desk/dresser area. Very tight for wheelchair.

The A/C didn't work very well so the room was uncomfortable. Bar of soap left in shower from prior guests. Gentleman outside both days we were there was sitting at a table drinking, talking on phone cussing. Not a warm welcome for guests.

The breakfast was excellent. Super friendly gal working there. Loved her attitude. The entire staff was awesome. No complaints.

An issue we had was with the tackiness of the lobby/breakfast area floor after moping/cleaning. Also, the room was nice but would have been better with an additional lounge chair and a small coffee table. Side door key access would be a nice addition for guests with rooms at the ends of the wings of the hotel.

Almost everything went well. The weekday counter clerk and breakfast worker were excellent and very friendly and very nice. Room size, décor and general hotel cleanliness and aesthetics were excellent.

We liked that the hotel and surrounding area was clean. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable enough for our short stay. Shower pressure was fabulous and plenty of hot water! Complimentary breakfast was pretty dang good!

Pillows where very uncomfortable and bed was hard could also use more shampoo and conditioner
