The breakfast was standard. Lacked the juice machine. Provided kids size apple juice carton. Oatmeal was 1 type of instant without varieties. Breakfast area is a bit small. 1 small elevator to service the property.

Basic clean hotel. I did not use the indoor pool. Bed was very comfortable. I will return.

The spa was closed down by the health department. Scary thought. The pool was ice cold. It was August. They didn't heat it at all. In 5 minutes my kids were frozen. Main reason I booked this hotel was the pool for my kids and it was bad.

They accommodated me requesting a connecting door between my hotel rooms. Good location. Clean. Beds were comfortable.

we had a regular bathroom, that was very dangerous for me to use. Staff made no effort to help us resolve this. There was no breakfast the first morning. We were never asked if we needed towels, toilet paper or our room cleaned. When checking out I was told, oh well about the bathroom issue. They made no effort to rectify our situation.

I had made my reservation two weeks before and had requested an ADA accessible bathroom. I was assured it would not be a problem. Bed was very comfortable, the air worked and the room was clean.

When I checked in I was told that my two bed room reservation was not kept due to over booking. Fortunately my plans had change and no longer needed a two bed room. Front desk was quick to make accommodations. On one night while sound asleep a fire alarm goes off at midnight and woke us all up in a panic. Staff was quick to answer phone calls and provide answers. Turns out is was a false alarm.

Overall staff is good. At the front desk David was able and knowledgeable to quickly to take care of arrangements. Housekeeping was quick with requests. Food was good.

They need to secure perimeter doors at night. Too many homeless people coming in for breakfast. Need to be clear that guests need to request to have their rooms cleaned. Kept having to go to front desk to have keys reset.

The staff were very helpful. Especially Courtney. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and it was close to our family.

There was only one manager and he's only there on certain days. This was the most uncomfortable experience in my life I had to put my kids and husband in separate rooms because I had 4 children there was no exceptions, and they are all under the age of 10. I slipped in the pool because for some reason on the steps of the pool was slimy. The pool had rust the jacuzzi had broken glass in it and when I told the manager my concerns, he said I was lying. The pool is not maintained, and the manager is rude and childish the manager needs to be replaced. I will never go to a comfort inn again in my life. This hotel was falsely advertised in the commercials.

We checked in a little later than the required check in time. The younger lady that checked us in was rude and it seemed like she just wanted to get us checked in so she could get back to whatever it was she was doing. She also did not tell us what room we would be in or how to get there. I was a manager in customer service for six years and I would not employee someone with that kind of work ethic with the number one source of income to the facility. That would be the only reason we would not stay again.

The location of the motel was great. We had access to plenty of fast food, gas stations and grocery places. I also enjoyed how quite the facility was.

We stayed on the bottom floor, the carpet was moist and it smelled moldy and like cigarettes. I think it was the air conditioner that made it smell that way
