Bathroom was a bit snug but did like that the sink area was seperate from the shower & toilet, So was worth having a smaller shower/toilet area. There was 1 sketchy guest our first night but staff handled it quickly & very quietly faster than it took me to notice, so that's more of a positive than negative since the guests behavior isn't the hotels fault. Our door handle would stick a little when closing & wouldn't always click to lock automatically so we would have to jiggle it a bit but once it clicked, the door was fully locked, so it was fine & we noticed right away so never felt unsafe.

Comfy, clean bed, hot shower, mini fridge, heated lamp in the bathroom was a bonus, the location was convenient, & had a microwave & sitting area. The air worked great & wasn't overly loud like some units at other hotels we've stayed at before. Liked having the sink area separate from the bathroom & that it was a big enough vanity to accommodate 2 of us using it at the same time. Staff left you be but we're always around if you needed something & could easily be located. Loved that they accommodated my request I had put in the notes of my online booking, even with me not checking in until 9pm. We had no complaints even with the hotel being fully booked, including every hotel nearby with all the softball & soccer tournaments going on that weekend.

Shower was not easy to turn on. Didn't work normal. Had to get staff help. Tricky! If a person was handicap, they wouldn't be able to manuver it. No pool.

Quiet. Noise proof. Breakfast was decent. Staff were super nice.

There weren't any coat hangers. The shower was nice but needed handles for safety. The location was a bit off the beaten path.

Went to use the hairdryer and it was broken, and it took me 5 minutes to get the shower to work the faucet was to hard to get going

The bed sqeaked. There were only 3 pillows on the bed. The room near us had a dog that was noisy for a while.

The room and bathroom were a little small. You had to hold the handle down the entire time to flush the toilet. The sink drained very slowly.

Breakfast was very good with good options. Room was clean. Hotel was close by everywhere we wanted to be.

The breakfast area ran out of both butter knives, spoons, and boiled eggs. We ate around 9:15 so it's understandable that they would run low on things, but they were completely out. Also the one lightbulb in our room did not work.

Location was good, waffle maker worked good so that's a plus. No elevator to the second floor though. A/C worked very very well, very happy with that.

Mattress was sagging in the middle and should be replaced. Room could be brightened up a little with lighter wall colors and bedding. Bathroom needs some work; new wall colors, re-grout ceramic tile, one toilet paper holder was partially missing (either take the remaining part off the wall or fix the holder), clean the underside of the shower curtain to take the rust off.

Breakfast was good. My wife said the waffles were the best she has ever had at a hotel serving breakfast. Front desk / personnel were pleasant and friendly.

The parking lot, lobby, and hall ways were dirty and in poor condition and almost canceled my reservation.
