Large room with refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Very comfortable bed with nice new linens. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Overall an incredible hotel for the price!

The whole place had a weird very strong incense smell, the room smelled worse! It was like cigarette smoke, soured carpet, and incense that they tried to cover up with pinesol. When I asked housekeepers for fresh towels I was told I had to turn in used towels first and they would have to go find some. I told her I had just dropped them in the other housekeepers basket(she didn’t speak English) as she instructed me to do. She then proceeds to take the towels out and count them.

The night clerk was very friendly and accommodating. We were originally assigned to a first floor room but told him we worked night shift and would be sleeping during the day he, changed us to a top floor room farthest from the elevator! We didn’t even have to ask. It was very quiet. Beds were decently comfortable. When we ended our stay early the very nice young man refunded me for the last 3 nights we didn’t need when we originally booked. He also made the whole check in/out process so easy. He was very kind.

Needs double curtains in the room for privacy if you're on the first floor. It's either indoor light or letting the whole world see you if you want daylight.

Sparkling clean, nicely renovated, nice staff. Firm bed, which is what I prefer. Really nice alarm clock. I hope the hotel can keep up the good work because this is the type of hidden gem you hope to find on hotel booking websites.

Noise. The floor I was on was very noisy and had about 50 door slams that sounded as if they were in my room.

Carpets are black, difficult to see your socks, chargers and sort of don't brighten the toom. American bedframes are too high for my taste ...I never understood why a bed has to be so high.

Noone there spoke english.

I'm homeless which is y I was there. Sleeping in my car. Wanted extended stay but not for the price. Matter my first night I was locked out of my room because the front desk put it in as 1 nite after he took payment for 2 nites at $173.00. Won't stay there again.

The rooms were up to date and extremely clean.. Beds was so comfortable my husband and I slept like babies .. lol.. so true .. Would highly recommend to anyone .. Front desk was very friendly and accommodated us a little early check in as I had outpatient surgery that day .. a Big Thank you to them for this ..

Staff needs to pay a little more attention to detail. Making sure there are no stained towels or pillow cases being put out, even if they are clean. Same goes with hairs stuck in fibers, it may technically be clean but not acceptable.

Front desk was a little cold (personality wise) that's the thing I didn't like.

Everything (but read below) the shower was to die for never seen a shower like it ever in a hotel and bed was so nice most comfortable ever.

wasn’t anything not to like

Room was very nice and clean when we arrived. we had a mini fridge which was able to hold all our cold items and a microwave plus coffee maker. Wi-Fi was great shower water was great stayed got the whole time I was in it and I like to take long showers my water at home don’t even stay that hot. had plenty of toilet paper, bath towels, rags. Everything was perfect and staff was extremely nice. I don’t know how this hotel looked before the new owners but I know know it is way worth the money I would usually pay $250 a night for something like this and also a plus it is right in middle of town so great location you are near absolutely everything! Also wanna add after reading past reviews I did not see one single roach/bug

The room I had was close to an exit door and people were in and out all night and the door woke me up a lot but I didn’t complain

the younger receptionist was rude. I left my room to get away from the loud music that was playing near my room. He proceeds to come out to my car car being rude about me being in my car. Saying that I wasn’t a guest. Even though I had been staying there for 6 days and he has seen me multiple times. He was actually the person who checked me in!!!!!!!
