TV didn’t work when telling management they said it will be fixed but wasn’t even at check out. To be fair this could of been due to their tv program provider and check in for us was a bit late so contact from management might have been canceled due to late hours, but the radio silence from front desk was disappointing.

Bed is comfy and the location was great in route to Niagra Falls. Staff and management are friendly and helpful for most things.

Somewhat dirty outside. Minimal breakfast. Upon checking in manager told me that they were overbooked and were sending me to Quality Inn across the street. When he learned that QI doesn’t allow dogs somehow they weren’t overbooked anymore…

Clean room with everything in working order. Separate part of hotel for non smoking rooms. Friendly staff. Grassy areas for dogs

Another area that disappointed us was the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast served was not up to the mark. The food lacked variety and tasted bland. The hotel needs to seriously consider improving the breakfast offerings to provide a more enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Average Stay with Room for Improvement During our trip to Niagara, we had to spend a night in a hotel due to a delay in our arrival. The staff at the hotel was understanding and accommodating, which was a relief after a long journey. Our overall stay was reasonably okay, but there were a few aspects that left us wanting more. One of the major concerns we had was the parking situation. The parking area did not feel safe, and we were quite skeptical about leaving our car unattended. It would be beneficial for the hotel management to invest in better security measures to put guests' minds at ease. We booked a 2-bed room, and while it was reasonably comfortable, the bathroom left something to be desired. The cleanliness and overall condition of the bathroom were just okay, but not great. It would be advisable for the hotel to pay more attention to bathroom maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and attentive, and they tried their best to make our stay pleasant. However, a few aspects of our experience prevent us from giving this hotel a higher rating.

The plumbing of the tub. Water drained very slowly but it's not a big deal. The problem was smell in the room. No smoking room but the smell of the pot was nauseating. And I think it was because of faulty ventilation system. Since we arrived very late I didn't request a new room but I had a headache the next day. Breakfast could be improved too. No hot options.

Terrible noise all night long from air system in room. Sounded like very noisy air conditioning .Asked at front desk how to switch it off but was told it couldn't be switched off as it ran through whole hotel. Found sleep very difficult because of this constant noise.

carpet felt dirty and wet to bare feet. sheets didn’t fit the bed. no elevator. noisy, we could hear other neighbors above us flush, and walk around there room and hear their T V.
