We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe switch in the restroom was non-functional (didn’t get repaired even after complaint), the blanket had burnt holes from cigarettes (didn’t get replaced even after complaint), the parking fee has to be paid in cash (though it is not mentioned anywhere). The management cannot be reached as they never come to the property and when they come, they are very very busy to even talk.

United StatesParking in the Super 8 parking lot was an additional $15/night, no housekeeping during your stay, so if you need clean linens you have to hunt someone down and ask. Chairs in our room were unsafe to sit on— the back was completely detached from one chair. $100 cash deposit due at check-in. Room keys needed replaced daily because they quit working. WiFi is available but we couldn’t get any device to connect to it. Pool is closed. Very poorly maintained, the building is need of a lot of repairs. Breakfast IS NOT served daily. You can get coffee, but that’s it. It was not what we were hoping for, we did go in with the idea that Super 8 is NOT a 5 star hotel, but for a Super 8 this was absolutely disgraceful to the name.

United StatesIn my room there were cracked tiles in the bathroom. The pool has been closed since Covid pandemic started it's been 4 years why hasnt it been fixed.. Also my room didn't have a microwave. The Elevator scared me by how old it looked. You have to pay 15 dollars a day for parking in cash only. Also they didn't provide a confirmation that the $100 deposit went back to my card the person at the hotel said don't worry and I said yes I worry about everything.
The bed was comfortable and was able to watch wrestling on the tv. The AC in the room worked well kept us cool at night. The ice machine and filtered was amazing I prefer filtered over tap water. For what I spent it wasn't the best nor the worst atleast we didn't cone home bedbugs

United StatesThe pool was not open due to needing repairs, lobby bathroom out of order. The elevator also was out of order. No smoke alarm in my room just the wires. For three days we had to walk up to second floor several times a day . We had five rooms with eight children, and five disabled seniors.
The hotel was about a block and half from boardwalk. The air conditioners worked really good in all five of our rooms.
