There used to be alot of noise and commotion going at night all night long especially on weekend . The doors to most of the rooms have been kicked in and sorta put back together but I can see the sun through the huge in bedroom gap it’s so big. The curtains usually don’t cover the window completely or close all the way I usually use tape pins to close the gaps .

There were no drinking cups in the room and no ice machine; a nice looking coffee maker in the room, but no coffee cups; and even the nice lady at the desk didn't have any cups, but she did hook us up with some ice.

Location was good for a one night in our road trip. The lady at the desk was very nice 👍

Rooms were pretty ran down, not a great location, there are several long stay residents who are roaming around the property at all hours.

The staff! I called early in the day before I left my other motel to see if I could get an early check-in. The gentleman that answered said it wouldn't be a problem I chose not to dress for the wedding that I had to be to at 3pm, because I could get the early check-in. Upon arrival, I went to the office to check-in, no one there, used phone on desk to call for help. The 3rd try a lady answered, rudely told me there couldn't be a early check-in, there was no man that answered the phone & she had absolutely no rooms ready. She did eventually tell me I could come back at 2 for check-in. Which I did, although I was late for the wedding, I did get there, but was stressed & very frustrated.

It was easy to find. Good access to the city. The room was very clean.

My reservation listed a non-smoking room, but my room smelled so strongly of smoke it was hard to sleep well.

I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast, I was up and out the door pretty early.

Furnishings inside the room were old, dirty, stained. Parking area and aisle ways really need to be cleaned up. This facility didn't live up to the Rodeway Brand.

Hotel is OLD, somewhat run down. Bed was comfortable, but the furnishings in the room were very old and not in great shape. Good shower pressure. The exterior (Parking lot, aisle ways, etc) could use a good pressure washing. Lots of debris and dirt.

I actually ended up not staying as it seemed like a place for homeless people, there was a man harassing me as I was unpacking and didn’t even bother going upstairs to my room as he was cat calling right next to my room. Completely unsafe area that really allows anyone to stay there.

They refused to rent to me because the previous time I had rented a room, despise the signs that read “NO CASH”, one of the girls (with facial piercings & tats)working the front, told me that it was okay to pay for the room with cash. She checked us in, giving us keys and said she’d come to the room to get the cash, which she did and I have the receipt for. Next morning woke up to another woman telling us we needed to pay. I showed her the receipt she said okay and then walked off. Then next time I booked a room (this time) & made sure to pay it in full when I booked it! So we get there & the lady sends out her husband while I was on the phone on hold waiting for her to let us check in- so I thought. And he proceeds to tell me I have an outstanding balance with them! WHAT! He goes back in after I explained what happened with the cash the last time I stayed. Then he comes back out and says I’m actually trespassed from there because I stole a blanket! COMPLETELY UNTRUE!! I don’t even like hotel blankets lol why am I going to steal a blanket from them knowing I frequent here? Meanwhile she still has me on hold & her dude walks back into their room, so I hang up and call me 4 times and she finally picked up and started yelling and cussing me out. I just asked for a refund for the room that’s when she literally told me NO IM NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU YOUR F*UCKING MONEY BACK, I then said I wanted to talked to the higher up , she said that’s the owner and I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE U ANY OF HIS INFORMATION SO CALL THE COPS IF YOU WANT , there’s nobody higher up but YOUR STILL NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!! And hangs up on me.

Be careful with GPS, there is a similarly addressed facility about 1/4 mile before this hotel. That other facility does not look like in the Silverlite's picture, for reference. .

I appreciate how accessible the mamaement was, their positivity and their immediate resolution to any issues I had. They were very responsive. I arrived very late (1am) and they accommodated my late arrival as i called them earlier. Note that they are undergoing renevating.
