Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I had a great time with the pool. We enjoyed having the coffee shop so close. Being right next to olde town. It was very easy to get on a bus. The space and having a full kitchen was really nice for my size family.

Excellent motel. Close to Disney World ~ 20 min drives and you can get to the Kenady Space Center quite comfortably in a reasonable amount of time. Huge apartment with equipped kitchen. Three rooms + kitchen, bathroom, and two washbasins. There is a bench and table for your breakfast or dinner. One Murphy bed in the living room. Swimming pools and laundry facilities available in the complex. The reception staff was very polite. They made us an upgraded apartment despite choosing a smaller apartment. I appreciate it.

From the staff to the roomy rooms and everything was in order and clean, next to Old Town which is my favorite. When I checked out I forgot my food and champagne 🍾, and I was able to go back to the room to get it , a couple of hours later. Awesome service, I will definitely go back. I also love the restrictions of no smoking, or parties, or no noise after 11pm. It was an overall awesome experience!!!

United StatesThis is our 3rd time staying at this location. It is very convenient being next to Old Town & Fun Spot. It is also next to several sit down or fast food locations pending on your preference. Upon our arrival this trip we were assigned a room a little further back on site on the bottom floor which we had hoped for the front building top floor closer to the office and Carol at the front desk who was checking us in went above and beyond to make that happen and got us switched to a different room with no hesitation at all. Fabricio also checked in with us from time to time to make sure we didn’t need anything. There staff is always looking out for their guest. We will be back again. :)
