Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We really did love it all! Location, check-in, our suite was well equipped and very comfortable. The balcony an added bonus, with great views. Our host Marie was awesome from start to end. She replied to questions promptly and directly, and is very well informed. This helped to make our prepared and holiday stress free. We hope to return soon. Thanks to all at Signature also we found all the staff were a pleasure to deal with also.

The suite was great and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with both shower and jacuzzi. Good location with easy access to MGM Grand and nearby casinos, all within walking distance. Marie was very attentive and supplied all the info needed for our stay. With parking and no resort fees made it good value for money. If we come back to Vegas, we would certainly look at availability here.

United StatesThe room had some simple issues that could easily be corrected to make customers feel so much more comfortable. I would give the room 5 stars if not for the little things. 1 sink in bathroom didn't drain well at all. My wife had to scrub something off the toilet seat. The bed skirt should have just been replaced the cleaner had to know it was torn. The couch had a stain that could be cleaned andi if not just replace the cusion. The place is to nice to have issues that can easily be fixed and keep customers from guessing if this place really clean and worth it.
The Hotel was in a great location and the Signature facilities were nice. The employees were very helpful. I loved the jet tub.

United StatesTried to get an early checkin but not an option so grabbed a room at Circus Circus and crashed for a few hours. The pricing at the Building One little pseudo market were genuinely so obscenely astronomical that I needed oxygen to pay them and smelling salts to revive me after I did! Be forewarned...bring your own drinks, snacks, or anything else that can be purchased at a 711 because with the money you save you could buy your own 711!!
Location, economy, staff, valet parking guys were awesome and very funny. No stress and easy access to pool, casino shows, cocktails and food.

A shuttle provided for by the resort, at no added cost, running back/forth periodically to a couple of drop off locations along the Strip would have been a huge benefit; versus having to constantly have our car retrieved from valet parking each time

AustraliaNot much. Just a couple of minor things which i mentioned to Marie, which I know she is on it. Didn’t ruin my stay. It was a pleasant stay. Would stay again.
The room was spacious and quite clean. Everything was more than ample for what we needed. I liked the spacious bathroom with the large spa bath double basin with separate shower and separate toilet. Fridge was a good size. Check in was easy. I liked being off the strip and so close to the monorail which was so convenient!! Marie was lovely to deal with and she provided helpful information and was always prompt to reply to anything that came up. I would recommend this property. I stayed for 5 nights and it was ideal. Great ammenities being linked with MGM Grand. though I didn’t have time to use the any of the pools it’s certainly a great option to have included.
