The pool/jacuzzi were closed during our stay and that was one of the main attractions for us. The hotel smelt like pot even though there were signs posted everywhere.

My husband and I enjoyed the staff, they were very hospitable.

Don't like the music they're playing, I'm not sure what genre that is. It's just too rowdy to relaxed. They have a robotic phone answering system and had to call twice several hours apart to get some room service for someone to empty out my trash and straighten up etc. At least I wanted to come by in the middle of the night to clean our room.

I like the overall look at the hotel and all the basics were rated fine. Really like that they had a 24 Hour Fitness center!

Even though prepaid, I upgraded to a better room with fridge and found the room stinking of cigarette smoke. (Was non smoking room). Spent one night and asked to change rooms the next day. Was arranged straight away.

The location and the option to get a discounted price for going up the Strat Tower. The customer service was phenomenal. See below.

The rooms were dirty with many stains on the wall and the staff was not as friendly and many did not know where things were. They say they will give you non-smoking rooms, but our room had cigarettes stains and even reeked like it.

The hotel was fairly renovated, not too far from the strip, the skypod experience was unforgettable.

Not enough towels for 4 people asked for more towels and no one brought any. Smelt like smoke in the hallways where are room was. Our air conditioning didn't work good so it was warm in our room. Line was long to check in. Told the woman about what happen when I checked out all she could say was sorry. I drove all the way from Illinois and was to tired to argue with anyone about anything would of just wanted them to do what I asked in the beginning about towels and air conditioning.

Staff was nice. There where places to eat close by.

It was very hot, excessive heat warning so a cold pool was nice but it was too cold. They close off a part of the pool during the day. Not sure why but it causes a crowd in the shared areas. Drinks are expensive by the pool.

Location was good. Room was clean and spacious. Stayed in the updated tower. If you stay here they will give you a coupon for the stratosphere overlook. It's worth it but expect to pay $5 on top of the coupon price. McDonald's on the second level was convenient. Didn't eat at any other eatery in the restaurant either bc it was closed during the week or time of day. Would stay here again.

At night I felt something bite me, when I checked in the morning I had bites on my leg and back, I checked my children and they said they didn’t have any but when I checked their bed I found a bug. I killed it and it was full of blood, so probably by children got bites too but they didn’t notice it.

Resort fee, what a rort, so I don't do gym and actually was looking forward to pool on the 24th floor rooftop and it was shut Didn't like smoking in the gaming area and the constant smell of weed everywhere, but that's vegas I guess

Staff was courteous and helpful also good restaurants inside the property.

Inside the hotel was pretty nice and safe. Outside is a really sketchy area of Las Vegas.

There’s no lock on the bathroom door, there’s no door for the shower and the water will splash out on the floor. Also, the a/c is pretty loud.

Carpet for the floor our room was on was buckled throughout the hallway. Ice machine was broken had to go to another floor. Slow WiFi connection. Some parts of room/bathroom were not properly cleaned.

I would not recommend anyone being outside off the property after dark. The neighborhood was a little shady.

We arrived late, check-in was quick and easy. The room was newly renovated and a very good size. The price was reasonable.

- they only clean the bathrooms not the room - location was far from the strip - lifts took a long time ro come - aircon blows so cold onto only 1 bed in the room

- the uber pick up station was easy to find - was a smart tv - lifts were large

When my water was off after getting back to my hotel room and was able to shower that night or wash my hands was unacceptable
