Long term stays in the facility cooking in the room creating awful smell in hall ways , garbage being left out in the hall ways for pick up not very pleasant when walking back to your rooms .

Very nice hotel. Centrally located to Boston. Trains are right outside the hotel. Big rooms with a/c and comfy beds.

Big room with a big comfy bed and a nice sofa bed. Great spacious shower and mini kitchen in the room with plenty of utensils. Had an adequate gym and a free continental breakfast. Very convenient to get to the nearest T station, a 3 or 4 minute walk away and close to shops like Target and nice restaurants and bars.

The microwave did not work and had to be replaced, the bathroom didn’t have hooks to hang towels or clothing, leftover hair in the shower, the room doors shut too loudly and the snack bar at the front desk was small and lacked in selection in comparison to other hotels, fire alarm was pulled at 7 am causing guests to have to evacuate, the tv channel selections were very poor, lacked in premium channels for an extended stay hotel

Secured entrance and elevator with key card, the room fridge, dishes, glasses, etc. we’re nice and modern, and shower had good water pressure

One out of two elevators was out of order during the whole stay of 4 days. There was a fire alarm at 6 in the morning which wasn't the hotel's fault but it was inconvenient for the guests. The breakfast room needs to be organized better. The tables in the center are not accessible when the tables at the edge are occupied, so the seats are limited. This could be solved easily by taking 2 or 3 tables away. The staff at the breakfast room is very nice, busy and helpfull though. Two mornings only plastic forks were available, we appriciate the afford that reusable plates and silverware was available. Although the TV has the option to connect your own device to it it is not possible which should be changed.

The dining hall staff.Their behaviour was outright rude. Have never experienced such rude behaviour in any hotel ever.

No table or chair which is strange when you have a small kitchen. The door was not slaming properly and the cleaning persons did not pay attention hence leaving the door open. The breakfast was simple and in a couple of days not evereything was available. Price are highly volatile, and it can be expensive for that category of hotel.

There is a construction just beside the hotel. They start everyday at 7am. So, if the plan is not to get up early, best avoid this one. Also, it is really far from Boston, and the red line (subway) takes more than 30 min to get you to city center. Red line is included in the metro pass and the station is walking distance from the hotel.

Some hotel guest were noisy, one elevator running, long wait for elevator.

The location had a parking lot, extremely convenient to train station. Offer breakfast, friendly staff. I am a returning customer and would stay there again when I go to Boston.
