The only negative thing was that the phone in our room didn't work when I tried to contact the front desk. The staff made a note of it. We had our cell phones so it really wasn't an issue.

The breakfast was excellent! Eggs, hash brown, sausage, and fresh fruit! There was even a yogurt/granola bar with toppings to choose from! The location of this site was perfect for our needs.

Didn’t like fan running with the light. The internet service was poor. The floor in our room had popcorn under cough. The cupboard have something stuck on the outside that needed to be washed by mr.

Good dinner and breakfast. Lots of food to choose. Comfy beds, friendly staff. Nice patio and fireplace in dining area. Like fridge had ice readily available.

Clean rooms, Nice staff, Breakfast was decent, Good location for someone visiting Pictured Rock National Park. Walmart, Starbucks, and other such places are also pretty close by and easily reachable. Overall it was good experience.

Breakfast staff had a hard time keeping certain food items stocked during breakfast (though that could have been due to the number of guests in the breakfast area at that time). There was no fan option on the A/C unit. Not too big of a deal, just remember to bring your own fan if you need that to sleep.

Very hospitable and friendly staff, easy check-in/out, quiet location, the room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. Our favorite part was the back "porch" area connected to the lobby, it was very comfortable and peaceful.

We brought our little dog and didn’t feel adequate instruction was available to us. Nor was it obvious. Where is the pet potty area? We found the bags and trash bin on the upper level but no grassy area. Finally went down the ramp to a grassy space that had a dangerous slope to it. A sign letting people know the expectation would be nice. We are anxious to comply with the hotels policies if we know them. Our suite had a lovely kitchenette. It was not well stocked for anything more than microwave items. No ice bucket. When taking a bath, the only soap available is on the wall 2.5 feet above your head. You have to stand up every time to access the soap.

Gorgeous new facility. Very large beautifully appointed suite. Bed, pillows, and sheets are WONDERFUL! I enjoyed having a bathtub. 2 large windows showered the room with light. Patio is lovely and has a fire pit for evening gathering. Abundant delicious breakfast. Waffles with toppings, omelets with a variety of Mexican toppers, fresh cut fruit salad, cooked oatmeal (not the packets). Yogurt bar and more.

The comfort we needed for our anniversary trip. So close to all the beaches

The parking area is a little "cramped". Not much to be done about it, and it wasn't deal breaking at all. We also had a fairly large truck, so that played into our very minor discomfort with parking. We had a room on the middle floor. The group above must have been jumping off the bed or tossing around bowling balls because the thuds were incredibly loud. I'm a very heavy sleeper and they would wake me up. Not necessarily a fault of the hotel itself, but if someone is above you, it seems you're most likely going to hear them thudding around. Again, not something that could probably be "fixed" and also could have just been a fluke experience.

The location was excellent. We aren't incredibly familiar with Marquette, but it felt like the hotel was perfectly centered between the more local foods and attractions and the "chain" oriented area. We could drive right and grab a bite to eat at an awesome local restaurant or drive left and pick up some water from Walmart or a quick breakfast from McDonald's. The location was also a short drive away from a movie theater and numerous waterfalls. The rooms were comfy and very clean. Full kitchen with a nice stove, equally nice fridge, and a great assortment of dishes/cookware to use. I like my spaces to be borderline frigid, and the AC accomplished this. Can't go wrong with a plushy, king-sized bed. Not a single staff member failed to say "good morning" or "hello" or be just overall pleasant when we passed by. We had read some reviews about the staff being excellent and friendly, and they absolutely lived up to those reviews and then some.

Staff were friendly, loved that it had a kitchenette in the room. Overall my daughter and I enjoyed the stay close to everything in town. Definitely would stay there again.

I wish there was a second elevator; however, the stairs were nearby. I didn't think it was professional for the staff to be "wolfing down" food in the prep room while the hotel guest requested drinks. The controls for the room lights were a little awkward.

The happy hour was unlike anything that I have seen. The breakfast was awesome!
