The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a minor issue with our first room and Betsy helped us out and got us into the proper room. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location close to the airport. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff kindly stored our bags for a few hours as we had a late flight. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Great Stay. Highly Recommend

Absolutely nothing to say here.

We have been in Houston to see my doctor at MDAnderson. Took our rental car back & were staying at this hotel overnight because it is close to the airport. Our flight got canceled 3 different times & rescheduled. So we've been stuck here for 4 nights so far. Although we found out we weren't stuck here.. we were truly lucky to be here at this hotel! It's a beautiful hotel. The staff are exceptional. The breakfast they serve are wonderful. And last night they had a meet & greet for supper & it was delicious food. I just can't say enough about this hotel. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. All the amenities of home. We've decided from now on we'll stay here even tho we'll have a little drive into Houston for my doctor appointments. That's just how nice it is! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel, literally except one thing. The only reason why this isn’t #1 on my list is because of the bathtub being dirty upon my arrival and check in. I actually don’t even know if it was dirty or really badly stained, but I do know it was gross to look at. Other than that, the staff, the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room in its entirety was a perfect 10/10.

Big room and very comfortable bed. Shower pressure is great. Breakfast was tasty with good choices. It is very close to the airport but room are very quiet so perfect for a good night of sleep before flying. Staff was very friendly You also get a shuttle bus taking you to the airport.

We had to take our dirty towels downstairs to trade them in for fresh ones. But this is my only complaint.

The entire room was equipped with everything we needed from the bathroom to the kitchen. The layout was perfect for our family.

My restroom was infested with ants and even had a few in my sheets, after 2 days of making staff aware I was accommodated an extra nights stay, other that that I had no issues with this property, the room was beautiful

No coffee or tea and I am sorry most place you stay at will bring you towels and no clean on weekends so if you staying you will have to it yourself

Travelling with family for few days before flying to Dublin. Everyone was so helpful, with picking us up, dropping off for rental car pickup and finally dropping as back to airport for our flight out. The included breakfast help start the day and light snacks at night to help us stay topped up. Complimentary washer dryer was a nice bonus. Everything and everyone was great especially when travelling with kids being sometimes very stressful

The Kitchen needs to have garbage cans and bags. That’s all.

From calling over the phone before arrival date to arriving. All the calls and conversation was so professionally, friendly and lovely. The staffs were super sweet. The entire place is super clean. The breakfast bar foot were very good surprisingly. We enjoyed our stay.
