Breakfast was so messy and i didn’t like that they didn’t clean the room. While I understand that it is for COVID, they could have at least provide us with towels and check on Shaampoo.

The cleanliness of the room. I am severely allergic to dog hair and his hotel is pet friendly. There were a large number of dogs while I was there which caused me quite a problem, as in a sinus infection. I also have asthma and COPD, so my breathing was negatively impacted. If staying for 2 weeks, which I did, the rooms should be serviced more than once a week, particularly as there were so many animals there. I found an old baseball cap under the sofa which had been there was quite some time indicating a real lack of vacume thoroughness. Then there was the dust. The rooms should be serviced at least every three days, not once a week! The TV also never worked correctly while I was there. It kept coming on all night so I had to unplug it because it kept waking me up. The functions also didn’t work at all. I was able to stream one prime video ONCE during the 14 days I was there.

The breakfasts were quite good! My granddaughter and I had many wonderful afternoons at the indoor heated swimming pool. Having laundry facilities there was an enormous help. One of the maintenance people, Robert was extremely helpful and professional. You should be proud of him as he represents your hotel very well!

This my first time leave a review, cuz I normally don’t if place is fair enough to me, but the hotel staff came to knock my door around 10am which I don’t quite understand. He told me it’s their rule to remind customer to check out. It makes no sense to me as the check out time is 12(noon) how possibly you remind your customer to check out 2 hours ahead and I was very tired drove about 4hrs to get there happily… anyway I don’t know what to say … also the utensils were dirty seems not being cleaned well.

Housekeeping services and breakfast buffets are not prohibited in Virginia. Hotels that refuse to offer these amenities do so ONLY to save money. Don't be deceived. There is no other reason.

Check in was slow as staff seemed distracted. Told me it doesn’t matter I am an IHG Gold Elite since I used Booking.com to make reservation so did not associate my number with the room. The room was nice but tV and shower soap dispensers did not work.

The beds are comfy, lots of extra pillows, great space for family of 4 with a dog.

Breakfast was crowded and not very COVID safe in the way it was organized. Trash from other rooms left in the hallways for excessive amounts of time. Exposed rug staples in multiple locations in our room. Bathroom could use an exhaust fan.

Front desk put me on telephone hold on two separate occasions and did not return. Occupant above me had a large dog that was creating a lot of noise at 11 in the evening; front desk supervisor (Eric) offered to move me rather than deal with the problem presented by the other guest. Offered to give me additional IHG rewards points for the inconvenience but never did so. Stairway carpets needed cleaning.

Hot breakfast. Room size and quality. Bed comfort. Parking sufficient.

When I booked it was supposed to be at $139/day but when I got there it was &159 two nights and $169 one night. I was told I could get a recliner but that was not available. Although it was posted that clean towels, trash removal and bed making was done daily I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels ( we were told to leave trash outside the room for pick up) , and never had a maid even knock on the door to see if we needed anything. I was a bit disappointed at the lack of variety of offerings at breakfast. The room seemed clean but we found a broken item left on the floor in plain sight by the last guest that showed us that the cleaning was not as thorough as it should have been. The TV was on a swivel so it could be turned either towards the bed or the seating area but didn't turn far enough to get a good viewing angle either way so we had to pull one end of the piece of furniture out away from the wall to get a good angle for viewing. Water pressure in the shower was okay on a "rain" setting on the shower head but too low for it to work on a pulse setting. The shampoo dispenser was empty (but we'd brought some). When at the front desk (getting towels) I overheard another guest checking in saying that the amount wasn't what he was expecting either. It's a lot of small items that may seem picky but it's enough that we probably won't go back there next time we're in the area. It's not like it ruined our trip but it's not what we expected.

I liked that the room had a kitchen. The seating area is also a nice touch. That helped offset some of the deficiencies.

We got a suite and it was very nice and very roomy. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. The housekeeping staff was AMAZING and so FRIENDLY! The pool was very warm and enjoyable!

There was food left under the table in our room upon arrival. The fire pit didn’t work. We were told by the night desk clerk we could only sit in the lobby until 1am. We had to go down to get a wine bottle opener , toilet paper and more towels because they couldn’t send someone up. The dishwasher was full of water so we couldn’t use it. No late check out.

I booked through Booking.com, and they did not inform me of the $75 pet fee. That was sprung on me at checkin, when I could not contest it since the rate was prepaid and nonrefundable.

the fact that they are in violation of the ADA act by not having closed caption on the tvs my wife is def and could not enjoy a movie she really wanted to watch and none of the room they tried to put us in had closed captioning and the maintenance guy was unable to help at all
