We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This was the second time we stayed at STAYBRIDGE Hotel in Charlottesville VA--and during the same weekend as first stay the end of Dec 2020. It is the anniversary weekend of our daughter & her sweet husband. We do plan, right now, to make it a tradition so that, YES, we love staying here. STAYBRIDGE has everything one needs to be comfortable and because it is PET FRIENDLY, our Skye, stayed as comfortable as we did. Breakfast was complete with all the "FIXINS". Thank you STAYBRIDGE

Brand new facility that was clean and bright. Excellent location if you are flying in or out of Charlottesville. They had a free happy hour with great food and drink. Breakfast was hot and above what we are getting at hotels these days.

The staff there was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the food/wine/beer Monday-Wednesday was amazing. By far the best hotel experience of my life. Very thankful that we choose this place for 10 days while we waited for our travel nurse home to be ready. 10/10 do recommend!!

The staff at check in was great! The suite was big and clean. I appreciated that the 1 bedroom has a door that closes to outside noise in living room. The kitchen is a full-size kitchen but we only used fridge to make drinks. Hotel is within walking distance to a Target and some smaller restaurants.

United States of AmericaWe were not advised of the procedure for our stay for the housekeeping rules. i.e. room would not be make up each day. How to handle towels and trash and other needs for our four day stay. I would be a good idea to inform guests of the procedure at check in.
This location fit our needs while in C'ville. It provided a very comfortable facility for us to stay. The breakfast was excellent. We will definately consider this location next time we are in the area.

A hot breakfast was available daily as well as dinner Mondays to Wednesdays. There was an outdoor patio with a fire pit, laundry facilities, indoor pool, business center and workout room. The workout room has a variety of equipment and weights--not just a treadmill or stationary bike. The hotel paid close attention to sanitation for COVID-19 protocols. Not once did I find an empty hand sanitizer. I watched one in the elevator get very low then it was replaced before it was completely done.
