Our room 1334 B had very little hot water and could not use the jacuzzi tub and the shower had no water pressure. My husband and I both had cold showers due to no hot water.

Leaking of the bath tub. Screened balcony would be nice though it was too hot to sit out. Small thing double roll size toilet paper since there were 6 adults

There was a couple of cats living by the front door of our room and it looks as if the resort staff or residents are feeding them.

I like the area and the place. But the bed and the couch was a little uncomfortable…. Had to call the office for a new mattress.

There was no elevator, and my husband has medical issues, so going up and down 4 short flights of stairs made the stay not so good. This was our first visit, but if we go again, we will request a ground floor.

The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious. The activities were entertaining, and the spa massage was great.

The room needs to be updated and bathroom needs to be cleaned. The appliances were very disgusting they had spider webs and other creatures in the coffee maker and in the toaster. That was my main complaint and issue. But overall, I would stay there due to the amenities and the events that they have and the location.

The resort is in a perfect location! They have a Restaurant and Gift Shop on the premises, everything on their menu is delicious and fresh and also their gift shop is incredible, they have everything, etc. also have a Salon / Massage which is magnificent and recommend it highly!

Pool areas were busy (but expected it was 100* outside). At 2am a random guy started scream-singing (probably drunk) a pop song. Found it to be more funny than anything. The destination was definitely built for all ages.

Pool area was great. Rooms were good. We ended up with a mini suite A conjoined to a B and no issues at all in the room. Internet was down but I believe they were working on it. For a quick place to stay a night, you probably won’t find better. Good overall stay.

I didn't like our room and the location of it and on top of that it was outdated. I was expecting a pool or lake view. I asked to change our room and was told they could give me a lake view room but, the building it was in didn't have an elevator so we'd have to walk up to the Third floor, we chose not to move. Speaking of elevators, the 2nd day we were there the elevator stopped working in our building. This stay was over-priced considering these issues. It was very disappointing because we stayed here about 18 years ago and it was great at that time. We came back to celebrate our anniversary and to see if this place would be a great fit to come back with our grands and it is for the amenities BUT; if I can't get the accommodation that is shown during my booking especially, when I've booked months in advance OR, if we can't at least get upgraded to a building with an elevator, then we probably won't come back.

The Wi-Fi was not that good. There is a $200 deposit. some of the outside attractions was closed off. The There's not too much that I did not like with the resort.

The room was very spacious. We loved the jetted tub in the room. The outside attractions was nice with mini golf, swimming pool, spa, and game room. It was also in a great location for restaurants and shopping. It was also very close to the Fun Spot which was 5 minutes away.

The fact that there were guest smoking marijuana, and no staff was around monitoring the property. I have breathing issues and they were loud majority of the night.

You have to pay for extra towels, the food and drinks were over priced. And the Jacuzzi tub in the king suite didn't work really good. We had two brooms but no mop. I couldn't cast my phone to the TV.

The pools were very nice and the activities parking was great. A/c was good once we figured out the system. The alligator in the pond was cool we didn't expect that.

There was flooding at my front door and on my balcony so i couldn’t even sit out there even after the rain stopped & there was ants in my kitchen area. So it made me not want to cook in the kitchen at all… also soon as I went to the pool they were making everyone get out so i didn’t even get to use the pool area at all

They provided 3 sets of towels. I thought there was only 2 bath towels in the little cabinet so I requested 1 additional set and was informed I would be charged $7 if I asked for more. What hotel does that? Later read that in the paper given to me at check in, but was not told at check in. If receptionist did, I couldn’t hear because of all the noise adjacent to the check in area. Check in is beside pool or some activity area, very loud.

I didn't like being on the first floor with balcony, due to no barrier outside through the trees, bugs tec. I prefer second floor or third floor with an elevator. the room was not ready with my request. Also, there was loud noises above us. like furniture being moved late at night. There were also children living over us, which didn't help.

I really liked the area, with several of restaurants right on the strip, we resided on. We didn't have to go travel far for food, or necessities.
