There was construction going on at the building right behind our building, so all 4 days we were woken up by pou di.g the sound of tilt saw's early in the morning which conti ued all day so to be at the villa we rented was not an option. Very unpleasant and disheartening

The staff were helpful but not the happiest. We had a 3 bedroom interconnecting style apartment. It was huge, but so dated and had seen better days. The building next to us was being renovated though so hopefully they will do that to all of them.

The facilities were great. The on-site shop didn’t have loads but enough for the basics, but typically priced high for convenience. The pools were a great size and the staff around the pools were very helpful. Generally the facilites were really good. Can’t fault the location either for all the parks and plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive or less.

The toilet ran the entire time I was there, so the constant sound was a little annoying otherwise I was okay with the room. I didn't like that you only get towel service your first day unless you pay an additional cost for more towels. I do not like reusing the same towel to bathe with multiple times (especially with a white towel).

The area was tranquil and peaceful, so I was able to get some rest.

Any suite that has the feature of a connected suite, you will hear everything through the connected door (thin).

The rooms and grounds were clean, a little dated but nice. Loved the 24 hour security guarded main entry.

Our room 1334 B had very little hot water and could not use the jacuzzi tub and the shower had no water pressure. My husband and I both had cold showers due to no hot water.

Leaking of the bath tub. Screened balcony would be nice though it was too hot to sit out. Small thing double roll size toilet paper since there were 6 adults

There was no elevator, and my husband has medical issues, so going up and down 4 short flights of stairs made the stay not so good. This was our first visit, but if we go again, we will request a ground floor.

The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious. The activities were entertaining, and the spa massage was great.

The room needs to be updated and bathroom needs to be cleaned. The appliances were very disgusting they had spider webs and other creatures in the coffee maker and in the toaster. That was my main complaint and issue. But overall, I would stay there due to the amenities and the events that they have and the location.

The resort is in a perfect location! They have a Restaurant and Gift Shop on the premises, everything on their menu is delicious and fresh and also their gift shop is incredible, they have everything, etc. also have a Salon / Massage which is magnificent and recommend it highly!

Pool areas were busy (but expected it was 100* outside). At 2am a random guy started scream-singing (probably drunk) a pop song. Found it to be more funny than anything. The destination was definitely built for all ages.

Pool area was great. Rooms were good. We ended up with a mini suite A conjoined to a B and no issues at all in the room. Internet was down but I believe they were working on it. For a quick place to stay a night, you probably won’t find better. Good overall stay.
