Room was not well cleaned. Dusty furniture, dust (with little pieces of tissue) in corner of the room, housekeeping did not come one day, so no clean towels. VERY disappointing.

The breakfast was great! The staff that worked the breakfast did a wonderful job, keeping everything stocked and the the place clean! Staff welcoming at the front desk.

There seemed to be a problem with supplies in the breakfast room. They kept running out of things. The wifi was a little on the slow side, so the hotel needs to up its bandwidth.

Location was good with quick access to downtown Charleston. The staff was cheerful and did a great job maintaining a very busy property. Fitness room was well equipped.

Not walking distance to attractions and some distance to nearest bus stop

Beautiful and near marina, but most attractions are in driving distance, not walking distance.

Had to carry luggage up stairs because the elevator wouldn’t go to the 4th floor. Elevators stayed messed up our entire stay. Not sure what they mop in but it’s like your tennis shoes stick to the floor. Very few electrical outlets

    Great amenities. Clean! Comfy beds!

The tub / shower needs to be updated badly. The tub and fixtures were worn, the shower bar almost fell off, and the curtain was too short.

Location was great. The breakfast was ok. Our last morning, I believe the sausage was left over from previous day and reheated, because the middle of the patties was cold. Otherwise, it was good.

Nothing major at all. They did run out of pool towels in the evening, so I had to go to the front desk (wet) to get towels. They were out but did give me bath towels. The beds are a little firm for my liking. But frankly, this is nit-picking, and we intend to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a modern, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location was perfect. Close to downtown and Folly Beach.

Seemed too full for amount of staff. Pool towels were always empty, ran out of lots of breakfast items, including coffee. They changed the sleeper couches, no longer a true pull out and very uncomfortable.

It is convenient both to downtown and to folly road. The rooms are good sized and I like the little balcony overlooking all the boats.

We did not like the shower at all. The built in fold up chair in the shower was very inconvenient. Additionally, the shower did not have cubbies for our hygiene products. Furthermore, there was not ample room or hooks to hang towels, robe etc. Also we did not like the fact that there was not a bar on site. However, wine bottles was available for purchase at the on site market. I would recommend carrying a wider selections of wines.

The size of the room was excellent, along with the breakfast and the location. We also liked that there was ample parking spaces in the front and the garage.

I was LIVID when we arrived and was told that the hotel didn't have a crib for our son. I called prior to confirm a pack and play or crib and was assured that it was available. When we arrived, there was no crib and front desk basically told us that it was given away to someone who arrived earlier that day. When traveling with a child, it's imperative to have a place to sleep. I had taken a precaution and packed out pack and play to be safe because we were driving, but if we had flown and didn't have it, our son would have been without a bed which is absolutely unacceptable. I will be following up with the hotel to speak with management.

Traveling with a family, this location was great. Large rooms, breakfast included, you will likely be driving around Charleston and the surrounding area so free parking was lovely.
