We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaAt checkin, the nice man helping us did not tell us about breakfast. We figured on the way to our room they must have breakfast because we seen the little area for it. So it would have been nice to know the times for it when we checked in, but not really a big deal.
Breakfast had a lot of options, was nice. The staff kept checking on the food and keeping the area clean, great job. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I want one of those pillows!

United States of Americamy room was on the end next to the stairs and all I heard was the kids next to my room running up and down the the hall way and stairs slamming doors all weekend into the very late evening. for the price I paid it was very irritating. people in the room next to me were slamming doors constantly, kids screaming and crying at 6am mom yelling at kid to shut up … when you spend more money at an expensive hotel you expect it to be a little more quiet I guess..

When the listing says there is a pool and people are traveling with kids it's very disappointing to get there and not have a working pool when that is an amenity I based my search on. I could have stayed at a more affordable hotel without a pool. Also the frosted glass bathroom door is awkward when traveling as a family, if you get to close to it you can see the person behind the door. Definitely not a family friendly hotel.

The heat was off in the room so it was freezing so took forever to warm up.

CanadaBe careful about being charged again if you paid on Booking.com. Was charged twice, two separate transactions on my credit card for the whole stay. Isaiah was absolutely awful to deal with basically said tough luck. 😕 Chelsea, on the other hand, was phenomenal and got it figured out in 5 minutes. Shes a rock star.
Great location, room's were clean. Chelsea was great.
