Some improvements can be done as below. a) The lighting arrangement in the suites was quite dim. It was difficult to read/write in such dim light at times. pls think of improvement in this area. The lighting arrangement should be bright. b) Breakfast should have variety and include vegetable items (Vegan food). almost everyday, same menu was served in breakfast c) Ironing machine for clothes which was located in the room was not working properly (was not getting hot to iron out clothes) d) Coffee machine OFF-switch was not working properly. i had to manually, remove the power-plug from the socket to switch it off. e) Room cleaning used to happen only alternate days (where as expectation was daily cleaning)

Breakfast menu was good and Location was close to my company and so easier to travel.

The pool was closed and that was the reason for the booking. I couldn’t get a refund my kids were upset.

Our bathroom was not very clean, hair around the floor, in the shower, and around the sink. The pool was too chilly.

Staybridge failed to mention they were renovating rooms on the first floor. They gave me a room on the same floor and of course I had to deal with passing the workers along with the noise

The pool, and pool area were very small. A little disappointing when you have kids with you

I didn't like the fact that i had red stains all over the carpet and red splash stains on the wall. The curtains had what appeared to be a LARGE liquid stain of some sort on them. The water in the shower took all of 10 minutes or more to warm up. The water in the sink area never did warm up even after running for over 10 minutes. So, i had to wash my face in cold water 😭. The lock on our room door didn't even lock so the only protection we had was the latch on the door which was not secure. I had already went downstairs earlier the evening we got there to have AJ come up and take a look at the carpet stains and the curtains because i didn't want to be accused of something i didn't do and be charged for someone else's negligence. He did take note of the problems and even offered to move us but my daughter was already settled in bed. As for the water and lock problems i didn't discover them until later and i wasn't going to go bothering AJ again. I just feel for $164 for one night i shouldn't of had to encounter these issues in the first place. Oh yeah, before you say it " I know your sorry". Be sorry enough to compensate me for part of my stay. Thank you very much.

First of all the Front desk attendant AJ was absolutely AWESOME. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied 😃. The location was good and the Grab n Go breakfast wasn't all to bad .

Paper cups from the coffee area couldn't be used in the microwave?!?! Nearly started a fire in the room, microwave had to be replaced. SUGGESTION FOR THE MANAGEMENT: Change supply to microwavable paper cups for your breakfast buffet areas. Your guests will appreciate the ability to make themselves a cup of tea or hot chocolate without accidentally causing a fire!

The wide variety of breakfast choices! The staff was the best!!! Very responsive, caring and friendly. They made our stay comfortable. The facility was clean, staff worked as a team. The front desk staff worked hard to ensure our stay at your hotel was a great one ! I will definitely stay again.

We didn't like: ●the fitness centre missing a few weights and 1 treadmill and treadmill tv not working ●the pool and whirlpool needs to be cleaned- towel in whirlpool and debris on the water in both ●Almonds were needed amongst the oatmeal toppings ●My blanket had been stained with makeup or other substance and needed to be cleaned ●I entered my room with a bathtub full of water for som reason and a bit of mold on.the edges of my bathtub and tiles crease This would make my stay 100% better. So, 85/100 is my rating

I Love This Place. We.were greeted with lemon water and an apple on entry: That was very thoughtful! The decor, location & courtesy was generous!-water fountain is near gym, breakfast is amazing here! (I seen a variety of breads, oatmeal toppings and condiments. Our check in was fast
