Location. A lot of locals booked rooms and were yelling and pounding, fighting then leaving to go home all in the middle of the night. The rooms had pealing paint .

It was convenient to where we needed to be. Easy parking. Comfortable enough. When issues were happening staff stepped in and handled situation well! The rooms were clean and no sign of any bugs.

Discovered used coffee packet in coffee pot. Rainstorm flooded parking lot making it impossible to get into my vehicle to go to dinner. I have been charged twice for my stay. I made reservations, was charged at that time and was charged again when I checked in. Will be contacting motel for refund.

Was not aware of breakfast. Not much to like about my stay. Staff behind thick glass and heavy accent made it unable to clearly communicate.

we are common customers and have never had this issue but there was roaches crawling over the room that we were given we reserved our room ahead of time and still didn’t get a king size room which is fine we are grateful all together but we paid 140 to have to first walk into a room full of roaches crawlin on our feet and all over the walls and beds. we got a new room and then had not everything that was needed in the room. we were told to be quiet when walking out of the room at 1:30 p.m because of others being sleep we are talking amongst ourselves when the ones that are outside all the time make the most noise when we are trying to sleep and then it’s a problem for us in the afternoon.There was a straw laying around we did not touch it nor move it but things toward the further end are wayy better than double beds we love staying here but this last time changed my mindest a lot

the fact that it’s quiet and nobody really bothers you as well as everyone minds there’s business.

First room did not lock. Had to move. One bath towel (2 people) We were not informed re: breakfast and the lobby was locked. Ice cost 25 cents. No wifi password offered. No coffee in room.

Location. price, bed was comfortable, room was clean and AC worked. Really my basic necessities were met. People who worked there were polite.

To Phone didn't have connecting wires. No wifi. Everything worked. Staff were fine. I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. I would come back to use college Inn again.

The location was great and everything was close food gas shops were close enough to walk.

THE DOOR IN THE BATHROOM WAS CRACKED AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE BED IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS FOUR OF US.

That there were bed bugs and the sheets on the bed were burned thru and the mattress cover was covered with old stains. Dead roaches in the microwave and mini fridge.

I liked the associates they were very friendly and helpful. They were also very patient with me considering my ditzy self locked myself out of my room a few times.

It definately wasn't as clean as I would have liked, there was water (alot) on the floor in the bathroom. There was a roach on the wall in the bathroom (but no more!). Forget the "continental" b-fast.

The way it's kept,like they're slum lord's...the sheet was damn near wet as if they didn't wait for them too completely dry,rusty water flowed outta the bath tub faucet...smdh...if you're looking for j7st cheap then this the place and the only offered is cheap...just wanna know why in this day and time
