Nice not to have a TV, good location for activities on the north shore.

Didn’t like having the bedroom upon entry(could hear people in parking lot & unit below us as well as traffic), not enough light at the kitchen sink. It would have been nice to have some sort of music available.

W/D, birds, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, outside grill.

Paniolo - a good base for exploring te North shore

We did not have access to cold water in the kitchen. A plumber could not be arranged during our 8 day stay. This was not convenient for meal prep or cleaning up. The walls of the unit are thin. This may be annoying more annoying to you than crowing roosters if there are music lovers, crying children or neighbours doing laundry at all hours.

Paniolo is well located to explore the North Shore. It’s close to groceries, restaurants and walking paths throughout Princeville. It’s an easy drive to beaches and Hanalei. The unit is clean and equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, a sun umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling gear to further enjoy your visit. Access to a pool, washer and dryer are a bonus for longer stays. The blender, rice cooker, electric frying pan and convection toaster oven/ air fryer are thoughtful additions to the usual coffee maker and microwave found in most basic kitchenettes

A sweet memorable stay in Kauai!

The only suggestion I would have for the accommodation is to add a shower curtain. The open shower concept is nice, but water did spill onto the bathroom floor. This was a minor inconvenience.

This condo (and location) in Princeville was perfect for our 11 day trip to Kauai. The apartment is well equipped for two people. We'd cooked simple dinners using the kitchenette and the washer and dryer was convenient especially coming back from all the beaches and hikes. The lanai was also very nice and great for late night dinners (after a full day out). We were a bit concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but it turned out to be a non-issue. During the day we were out exploring the island and at night the apartment was cool and breezy. At no point were we ever uncomfortable. Don't let that stop you from booking. Our host (Kauai Kahuna), were also fantastic. Great communication before and during the trip.

No AC and no TV. A little awkward layout with a big step down into the kitchen and the front door enters directly into the bedroom.

It had a cool vibe with the vaulted ceilings and had a nice deck in the back.
