When entering our room, I checked out the bathroom and there was toothpaste on the sink. We did not like the tourist tax they added to the end of our bill, besides the state tax!!! Are you kidding me? It should have been enough, just our staying there

nice variety of food at the breakfast bar. Good location. Close to downtown and the beach Loved the pool and spa. The pool was nice and warm!!

The AC unit did not cool adequately. Didn't seem to respond to the thermostat settings.

Nothing, was a good experience.

The location was excellent, only a 5 mins drive from Main Street in South Haven. The woman on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful and friendly, esp as we had laundry to do. Our girls loved the indoor pool and breakfast the next day was a cheap and cheerful way to save money and start our day. Shermans across the road was excellent for ice cream.

It’s a great location and easy to find near restaurants and an ice cream factory! Beds are comfortable. Also, the tv in our room was huge with excellent sound and picture quality.

Like big bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash but body wash needed to be filled. Swimming pool area was nice but hot was really grit and dirty looking water. I think it needs some work. Gauge was not working well either.

Room wasn't very clean -- peanuts and other food scattered near the walls, under the bed. Either wasn't vacuumed or not vacuumed well. Bathroom area was quite worn, the door was broken and needs paint. Loud guests on the patio area with sound radiating up into our room. They were outside drinking until past midnight.

Hotel is well located and staff are friendly. Breakfast was nice. Checkin was easy.

Hated the barn door on the bathroom. The bathroom and door needed some attention.

The bath tub has a concave bottom! We found it, not just unnerving, but DANGEROUS!!! We had to hold onto a grab bar in the shower to keep from falling!! Morning staff said she would report our concern with management but showed an indifferent tone. "Yes we have heard many complaints about that."

Our visit was off-season and we were able to park near the build entrance. But the main lot appeared to be darker than expected.

We were traveling, so this property was conveniently just off of I-196. It was a couple of properties away from the freeway and we didn’t notice any traffic noise.
