- It appeared that hotel cleaning was done in a hurry and they forgot to replenish towels and coffee pods. However reception made sure it was quickly restocked. - Hallway noise - it was super noisy in the morning, eg. 5 AM as other people were up and about, and talking, everything was audible in our room. - Hotel nor offered nor provided bottled water. --One could purchase it from a pricey vending machine. - Hotel slipped us a printed bill under the door in the morning. Thanks, I guess?! - Pool and pool area was dated, there were "sharp" edged tiles on pool stairs. --Pool attendant was "uninterested" and not too friendly when asked about hotel lobby orientation.

The room was modern, provided blackout shades and the selection of TV channels was good. Keurig coffee machine was good. Reception staff was kind and helpful.

The floors throughout the hotel, including in the elevator’s, the carpeted hallways, all very dirty as though no one had run a vacuum or used a mop in days. Also, there were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door on the hook that must have been overlooked by housekeeping.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in very late, close to 1 am, and there was a friendly staff person that greeted me right away.

The parking garage needs some attention. The elevator areas are filthy. Not just dirty, but filthy. Took away all the classiness of the hotel. I fixed the refrigerator. It was freezing our drinks. I turned the dial down.

Room was recently renovated on the 12th floor. We paid $30 a night extra for this. It was worth it. Housekeeping was excellent. Every staff member that we came in contact was friendly and helpful.

The only real complaint was the view from our room was of a large pit where another building had been demolished. However I don't really blame Sonesta for this, they cannot really control these sorts of things, so I am not really "marking them down" so to speak.

The staff was kind, the property was very nice, everything looked nice, was well done etc. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, the shower was a little confusing to get the shower started actually, but we did end up figuring it out!

Hotel is definitely overpriced . Breakfast wasn`t included. Also, I wanted to book for 2 nights but had rent the room in another hotel, because Sonesta rooms were all sold out.

I didn't like the wallpaper in the room,the edges were lifting, re wallpaper or stick down the edges. I have been staying in hotels around the world since 1987 and several hotels in the USA never seen this before not good. Lastly there was a round mirror in the room which had rust in the glass or was this a feature and not a real mirror.

I liked the bed,the shower, l liked the heating/cooling system and l liked we had an ironing board and iron
