Small fridge, no coffee in lobby, not enough breakfast options

For the price, it is mediocre. The fridge is TINY! My family had 2 to go boxes after dinner and only one fit. And the pool was too cold to use despite it being like 80 to 90 degrees out. The other hotels have free coffee in the lobby, this is the only hotel I've stayed at that didn't ha e that... and you guys have a Starbucks that is barely open. It's kind of cheap of you guys to not brew coffee for your guests...and there were not enough breakfast options, I didn't like anything. But really most hotels have free breakfast included. The cleanliness was pleasant, and we enjoyed the modern style, but in all, it was a bit of a rip off staying at the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the stay I had in Chandler. They were able to look after my bags and everything while I had to go to certain places. I was very happy.

The only thing I did not like were the dirty towels mixed with the clean and the children playing with the jet control/setting in the hot tub.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was centered to all amenities needed. The outside grounds were a beautiful site and very relaxing to be in the space

Apparently you can pay for breakfast but nothing was out there at 7:45am. They have you pay $5 for parking which is odd as there's no shortage of parking in the area.

First time ever staying at a Sonesta property. Everything about this property was great for the price we paid. Very spacious lobby and "social gathering" area upon entry. I'm sure it helped being Summertime here and 110 degrees but the rate paid was excellent for such a nice property. Room was spacious and well equipped. Bed and multiple pillows provided were comfy. The surrounding area is LOADED with great shops and restaurants.

The ice machine was broken. The laundry facilities were broken. The phone in the room didn't work. The jets in the juccuzi had issues. The cable had no programming schedule and a continental style breakfast would have been nice.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very exceptional. The pool was nice, the patio area was really quite relaxing.

Paying for parking was unexpected and breakfast included would be nice but I know not every hotel offers this.

Staff was great, super friendly and checked us in right away! Everything was super clean, the beds were so comfy and the shower was perfect after being at a baseball game in the heat all day. The location was close to the freeway and so many restaurants and stores.

I have a service dog who alerts me to what I cannot hear, I was woken at all odd hours throughout the night to guests coming and going like they had been partying or were otherwise just in the hallways hanging out outside my door. Someone’s at the door, someone’s at the door, someone’s at the door, starting at roughly 3am and continuing till 8 am every half hour or so, just people. Back and forth. All night.

Clean, comfortable, and staff helpful. The lobby is big and great for working. Loved the they have a little cafe to get drinks and a quick breakfast and an place to grab snacks after hours. Room was spacious, has nice big easy to access closet and a little sofa (with a foot rest) that could fold out into full size bed. Mini fridge and microwave were under a counter cabinet for a clean look and Lee space to spread out. A tasteful way to make an upgrade on your tradition luggage rack was the little rolling drawer unit to pulled out from under the desk. Two drawers for your belongings underneath, and a safe place for your suitcase to unfold off the bed and the floor OR a bench to sit on. Overall they offer great amenities for the price in a tastefully appointed comfortable room with nice mattresses. And they are pet friendly.

the handicap room was okay BUT the bathroom has stain/mold in tile, floor drain is disgusting, plumbing access in wall open, toilet seat does NOT fit the toilet. Room door DOES NOT SHUT completely, therefore the locks do not operate properly. Hard to relax when occupants can see into hallway a bit from room.

Replace the mattresses. The bed was so hard that it felt like I was laying on a sheet of plywood overed with a sheet. I actually used my pillows as a mattress to add some softness so I could sleep. It would also have been nice to have a small table in the room for eating takeout.

The friendly staff was friendly and accommodating, they exceeded expectations. The room was large and very clean. The hotel was very quiet which made it very pleasant, especially at night. Overall my stay was very good.

We had issue with the TV self remote and the regular TV remote. First, the self TV remote would not scan onto cell phone. I report that to front desk and ask for IT. IT had gone home. They gave me a regular TV remote, the TV screen indicated no signal connected. This process took about an hour until they finally decided to offer and give me another room.
