I expected for there to atleast be regular sized plates and enough silverware that we wouldn't have to share, and neither was the case, then there was no dish soap for washing the dishes either by hand or in the dishwasher. Also the first room we were sent to was in disarray due to renovations and the price I was charged was not the price that was listed on the site when I booked the room, I was charged almost $50 more than what I was told the price would be.

CanadaRude front desk staff at check-in who told us that our child's stomping for 5 seconds needed to stop as it would be bothering other guests (no one in the lobby and rooms were upstairs). As an autistic person, she was stimming and couldn't help it. Then was offered a room that was smelling of smoke. Then was provided the only room left which was a pet friendly room so it smelled of animals and had some animal treats lying around. We had no choice but to take it. When we asked front desk for tea bags, no one provided any, even though front desk said someone would drop by. No cleaning staff approached us during our 4 night stay, so we had to request towels and put out our garbage. Their official website claims to have breakfast. They don't! Wouldn't recommend for a short term stay. They seem to gear it towards permanent renters.

United StatesThere is no real signage near the roadway, we passed the property twice before we found it. The property serves as an apartment complex as well so it’s a little different from a typical Sonesta.
I did like the apartment layout and the location. It was easy to get to various attractions and it is next to a Starbucks.

United StatesWell, I was very disappointed that the young man who checked us in was rather rude. I had called several times before arriving to get more specific directions because Google Maps couldn't the directions right. It was about 2 miles off from our destination. He seemed to be irritated over the tedium of having to explain how to arrive at he location. I felt like I was being a burden, but figured that he must be busy and probably had no one to help check-in guests. If only that was the case. When we arrived about 7 minutes from our final "directions" call, there wasn't a soul in sight! He continued to be snooty and curt with my friend and me, Then we had to call the front desk using our cell phone several times because the phone in our room wasn't working, and no one would answer the phone. My friend had to walk all the way to the office as our rooms were not in the proximity of the office, My friend noticed that there were no guests in the lobby and wondered why the young night clerk wouldn't pick up the phone when we called. Needless to say, nothing was done about fixing our phone situation. Also he failed to check us out properly. Fortunately, I had gone in to voice my concerns as we were leaving to head back home. That's when the nice lady apologized for the young man's lack in customer service and offered to check us out. I told her that the we had already checked out earlier. Sure enough there was some kind of issue that she was able to fix in two minutes,
As usual Sonesta ES Suites wonderful! The entire room was spotless, and and the kitchen was a nice added bonus to our stay because my friend and I had brough food and snacks with us, only we forgot to bring the paper plates.! So it was a relief for us to find out that the kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and eating utensils. The hot tub was fabulous, penetrating jets and steamy warm water! Another reason why I put Sonesta ES on top of the list is because the closet is rather spacious with built-in shelves, and the upright standing dresser and the two night stands offered even more room to store your clothes and miscellaneous item. Finally, Sonesta's rooms sizes average 100 - 150 more square footage than any of their competitors,

So, if you're not interested in making your own breakfast in the room, you have two convenient options.
