The master bedroom in our suite had a king sized bed but a very small closet and shower. The other room, which had a twin sized bed, had a much nicer shower and huge closet. This didn't make sense to us

They were painting outside when we came. Painters outside window couldn’t let in natural light so bedroom stayed dark during day. Also air went off a few times while they were working outside our room. Staff did tell us workers would be there, but hindsight I would have taken that room.

Clean, great staff extremely helpful. Loved the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with complete kitchen and living room separating them. Loved having large frig.

I had sent a single note to Sonesta ES Suites indicating I would be arriving very late in the evening. I received a reply acknowledging my message. I checked out and later looked more closely at the invoice. I saw I had been charged $16 for chat service with the property. I was surprised and a bit annoyed but didn't call them on it. It left a sour taste in my mouth on an otherwise nice stay. (Additiional note: I never used the property's WiFI using only my cell phone's network.) Bathtub plumbing worked adequately but the water diverter to shift from faucet to shower only diverted at about a 50% level. Annoying and a bit wasteful of water. Shower pressure was ok.

Clean, quiet end-of-building room Morning breakfast bar included in price. 24/7 desk. Good security. Good location near a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The room and other parts of the facility were clean and well-maintained. I booked a room with one bed + fold out sofa for my grandchild. It was a one bedroom suite with kitchen, fairly large and quite pleasant.

Super clean, the suite w kitchen- very comfortable and roomy. The restaurants within walking distance and only 4 minutes from our daughter. Thank you for the bath mat!!! The breakfast was great with variety every day.

There was a chair in our room that looked like it was pulled in from being outside for a few years....it was bleached and just sorta, not up to par with a hotel, more like something you would see outfront of a college frat house. It wasnt torn or ripped but definitely aged.... It was just something that took away from the overall intial clean feeling we had about the place and stood out. Room 1621 -blue chair need front door.

Rooms seemed fine and roomy compared to what I expected. Decent amenities, staff was super nice and helpful.

We are not typically picky about such things but the bed on the foldout sofa was *really* thin and uncomfortable, with the bars underneath pressing into our backs all night. Also, the foldouts do not come made up - we were handed a bag with sheets, pillows, etc., at check-in.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were surprisingly robust for "continental," with a couple hot items per day, including eggs, bacon, etc.

Breakfast left something to be desired but that's due to covid not because the hotel. I also didn't like that the pool closed at 9:00 instead of 10:00 or 11:00 like most hotels as it felt like it was more of a thing to look at considering checking is at 4:00. Also would have liked it earlier check in then 4:00.

I love that the facilities were clean the rooms were Giant and there's a pool on site but it does close at 9:00 so get there early if you plan to swim. Staff was pleasant. Wonderful bed wonderful room great stay.

there are some insects in the bathroom and I found a dead cockroach under the sink outside the toilet.
