There are suppose to be pots and dishes and silverware in the room ...there was 1 small pot no plates no glasses no extra toilet paper or paper towels these items are the most important essentials to the room

I like the kitchen this is why people get these rooms at least I like rooms with kitchens

Clean towels was a hassle to get. Also no coffee machine in the room we had. Iron without iron board. Needs a little more improvement on the rooms. Overall I would stay here again if they make some adjustments

Never stayed when I got there they asked for $250 deposit we were unable to stay at this property? According to your webpage it was only $95

The property was good but your website failed to inform us about the $250 deposite to be paid at the property for security ! Hence we were unable to stay it was my birthday gift I was VERY DISSAPOINTED

The pull-out bed had blood stains on it and there were no extra blankets or sheets for them anyway. When we asked for a new set of sheets they had to wash the ones we had and we had to wait till they were done. Not one cleaning person came to our room with towels or just to check up on us.

Breakfast every morning was great and the lady that checked us in was so friendly. Plus they are pet friendly which was great! The room was very big and roomy. Almost like a small studio apartment. Minus an oven.

They say breakfast is included. When I got there , they say because staff is only vacation they are not going to provide breakfast. They don’t even offer a bottle of water as a compensation

Did not like $5.00 a day parking charge(this is just a money grab) and the $250.00 deposit for room damage. Both I and my wife are 70 years old and just needed a place to stay-what damage are we going to do. The place seems a bit old and could definitely use an upgrading.

Location was good with easy access and nearby shopping and restaurants.

Our room at check in (6pm), in which check in is at 4pm. Was completely dirty, i mean dishes in sink, trash, etc. Complained, staff ugraded me on the spot no hesitation

Front desk personnel, took care of us when the problem with our room arose. He squared everything away with no hassle . Upgraded us to a ajoining room due to my complaint.

Decor was a little outdated and sofa bed in our room was broken. Clearly hadn't been inspected in a LONG time. We didnt Notice until 1am when trying to go to sleep. Staff offered a different room but at that point kids were sound asleep in bedroom and didn't want to wake them up

I needed to switch my room due to being by the exit so I couldn't sleep and they didn't have dishes to really cook on the stove. I had a pot only no pan to cook dinner.

Our bathroom was not very clean, there was mildew and a leak in the shower. The bed was very hard, blankets were very thin. There was no extra bedding, we had to use our own for the pull out couch.

The property is well maintained outside, the common spaces are clean but well worn. Breakfast was simple but tasty, nothing insane. Our room had plenty of space for the three of us. Full sized refrigerator was very nice, kitchen area was stocked with everything that you would need for a longer stay.

Remote was really odd for the TV. Keycards were unreliable for me but might be an anomaly.

Nice sized room, fantastic breakfast. Nice little setup with basketball court, pool, some jenga. Close to shopping and food by car -- some can even be walked to from the hotel. Bed is company. TV / desk setup was great for doing some work. Accomodated a requested later checkout at noon which helped me out a ton.

Charged for parking for an empty car park in the middle of nowhere Room was OK but a little tired Guests smoking outside main doors lots of cigarettes butts also lots of dogs mess on grass verges around block and somebody camping in parking lot also pool not available til 12 each day

Inconsistently available kitchen supplies and appliances in different rooms. The pool hours - as we are "swimming at own risk" assuming liability, there should be no restrictions to pool access due to time of day or weather. During extended stay, I had to repeatedly ask for new bedding before it was provided.

The pool was the best amenity. Water always looked and felt clean, rarely crowded with people, and super comfy chairs for sunbathing. The space and comfort of the 1bdr suite. The breakfast was actually good and offered many options.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. They said it was a queen, but it looked like a full.
