Furniture was a little cheap feeling to where we stayed before in the same complex

The location was perfect for both the Parks. Ease of travelling & has a big supermarket next door Rooms were really good, clean & Spacious for a family of 6-10 people. It was clean when we checked in. It has a laundromat inside the apartment, also they have essentials available in property so that is great Value. Overall it was a great apartment at a great location.

Sonder App can get a bit annoying with repetitive requests to autheticate/verify guests, even days into our trip after we were all checked in. This needs to be fixed in the app/system. No lifeguard at the pool. This is pretty much the only issue we had with our stay and as venues get busier, this is something Sonder/Vista Cay should ensure is available.

Brilliant location, great value for money, helpful staff through the Sonder App and just a really awesome overall experience. We loved our vacation here and will definitely look at other Sonders in the future.

The fitness center is too small for the amount of people that use it - one bench and a few machines gets clogged with 6 in it. BIG ISSUE was the parking charge. I get it, they don't want a free for all - but the people I met at the pool laughed when I said what I paid ($15 +tax a day) - I booked via Booking.com who also advertise these apartments via Millennium - Their site clearly says the parking is free - I did email SONDER about it but they politely said I risked being towed if I didn't pay - Nonsense, they never asked for my vehicle details. Still really enjoyed this break here

Very nice apartment - clean, comfortable and well equipped. Convenient location for all facilities, restaurants, Disney/Universal/International Drive 10-15 mins drive - on site PUBLIX supermarket etc. Very social and pleasant atmosphere at the pools. (We met some great people - including a couple who own property there.) Didn't see anyone at the desk but your staff around the building were very nice people. They need to advertise the recycling bin by the gates better - We Europeans are big into it. BUT at least it is there Three pools - two in our section and one and a small fitness center in the other older section ($ mins in car away of 20 min walk)

Most of the listed propertiy amenities (clubhouse, game room, etc.) were far from our place (~20 mins walk). The pool was closeby but we didn't use it.

We enjoyed our stay at Sonder. House was very well designed and comfy. Location is very close to universal & disney parks. Checkin checkout was very easy. Wifi is fast speed and reliable.

The only thing that I would want to change is to have beds that were not quite so firm, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

There was an issue at the Vista Cay location, and Sonder was prompt in communicating with us, offering the option to either cancel or move to their The Pointe location. This location was also satisfactory. The rooms and beds were comfortable for a group of five friends on vacation and engaging in shopping therapy. There was only one minor issue: water was consistently present on the floor near the sliding doors, possibly from the AC.

Overall excellent facility , wished the room was closer to the gym though , to get to the gym you would need to walk for a while, wasn't veey convenient.

Apartment Was very spacious , clean , and easy accesss. It was also excellent location ro disney world and universal ( 15-20) minutes by car.

there was an issue with the AC while we were there - but the team helped us offering alternative rooms and together we managed to overcome the issue without it impacting our trip.

Clean specious rooms. modern facilities (including a washing machine, dryer etc). very good customer support available on chat - quick to respond and help in stuff that we needed (extra blankets etc) Nice views from the room.

Wash tub needs to be cleaned. It needs some ventilation and door opened to dry between uses. It stunk. Need to have some hot pads and wash clothes for kitchen. Beds were not very comfy, and the living room furniture was not comfy either. A furniture upgrade would be nice for the price we pay. After 12 days and nights out and about it would have been nice to relax in a comfortable chair or couch. Other than all that……we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Convenient to Disney, state parks/springs, ocean, gulf, dining and shopping, etc. Very Nice pool area.

Though the property was great, the customer service was subpar. I did not receive a confirmation email with my reservation, even after an online request to resend the email. I had to call support, which was over seas. The first representative was helpful, but the call was disconnected and I needed to call again. The second representative spoke english very poorly. Eventually, after about 30 min, he was able to resolve my issue, however it was at the cost of $85 in telephone charges. Needless to say, I thought the company was a scam. However, after getting past the very rough start, the actual property was enjoyable.

The facilities were a little old, but there is nothing particularly bad about staying there.

I stayed 4 nights. The washer/dryer and kitchen with dishes were very good for log stay. Check-in was also easy via app. 3 bedrooms and living room were comfortable.

I missed having salt at the apartment, that was quite frustrating... having coffee, sugar, tea, pepper... but not having salt to cook. Another thing is that the TV's are defined to keep the led on during the standby, so you need to login into the TV and adjust it to turn off that led light. While these 2 things were quite easy to fix, this is what could be done better.

Great localization! Half way between Disney and Universal and 1min away from a Publix market (great option). There are other options quite near like Wallgreens and a souvenir store (near the Publix). The apartament is all set, with all that is needed... coffee machine and the coffee itself, good fridge, etc. Bathrooms were also quite well equiped, with hair dryers in both bathrooms. All was fine, checkin was smoth and quite easy (instructions were very good and clear), whethever a I needed support, I just opened the app and was promptly supported. I would definetely recommend this location if you're going to Orlando.

I was sent a code in an email to use for door entry a couple days before, then another different code was text to me a couple of hours before we arrive. We got at the apartment around 430 pm an neither code work. We stood outside with groceries and needing to use the washroom for over 30 minutes until a worker came and gave us code to enter.

The gate pass pad (main gate) needs to be pushed out a bit to be easily accessible. In many cases, we had to get out of the car to reach it. It is not a drastic negative and didn’t effect our stay quality but that was the one thing I would surely recommend
