Garage door was a wee bit loud and scary. It moves so fast it looks like it is malfunctioning but it actually seems to be working fine. Countertops weren’t entirely wiped down. WiFi didn’t work initially, but after speaking with staff, we made it work. There were some strong herbal aromas in certain areas.

Location, layout of apartment, city view, kitchen, lounge, courtyard, gym, staff, parking garage instead of valet. Mostly clean. There is a restaurant that looked good. I felt safe. Earphones and noise machine in case you are a light sleet and unaccustomed to the city traffic noise. Publix across the street.

Perfect location. 15 mins walk to Fox Theatre. Half hour walk to Piedmont Park. Opposite small park. Very good apartment and supermarket approx ten mins walk away - bank with cashpoint plus pharmacy all on same site. Never heard of Sonder before but will look first now to see if they have apartments where we are heading off to on next holiday.

The pullout couch was not very comfortable to sleep. It would be good to have a printer available for people working.

Fast convenient check-in. We liked the lounge area. It's a good place to spend a couple of hours after checkout. Location is ok.

There was a smell when we entered the apartment but it went away when we opened the balcony.

It’s nice to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel. An interesting and different way to book accommodation, the check in process was seamless and there were staff on hand to help if needed.

upon arrival we could not log into the wifi after multiple attempts, even choosing different rooms to try . however, the next morning it was remedied by the staff immediately. Also logging into to the TV was a little bit of a challenge for us upon arrival. it would be helpful to have a flyer on exactly how to do this.

the unit was a perfect size for the two of us. It was very clean with no odors. , although the bed was low and firm I did sleep very well. The kitchen appeared to be stocked well with utensils and kitchenware. we did not utilize the washer as we were only there three nights. would definetly stay again

Some of the white walls in the rooms had black markings. The shower curtain had stains and eyelash stuck on it that was present on my first shower, so not ours. The pullout mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The bedroom bed was only a queen size and mattress was EXTREMELY firm.

I loved the private parking and code required to have access to lobby and parking.

In the drying machine were some socks from the previous client, under the sofa was men's panties and looks like the sofa has never been moved for cleaning Half empty bottles of shampoo and shower gel in the bath

Loved everything except the sink in the bathroom. As soon as I washed my hands for the first time, it became clogged. Had to wash hands and brush teeth using kitchen sink.

Just minor things: We temporarily moved the TV into the bedroom (it's in the living room normally). Maybe you should think about that. Parking is very expensive, please lower the fees. Just stop the music in the garage and you safe energy ;-) The surroundings of the apartment are not the best, but with MARTA you're downtown quickly. Some furniture are a bit damaged and the carpet is frayed under the TV board. Some nooks are not clean because you can't reach it properly. And the dispenser in the bathroom should be fixed and refilled, maybe cleaned from time to time. The coffee maker should have been rinsed, had to do that three times before we could drink the coffee. Lost an hour with this. But if you fix this small stuff it's mind-blowing.

It was outstanding. Was hard to leave. Wonderful apartment, everything we needed was there - and more. Best: washer and dryer. The king size bed (thank you for that) was really big (just right for us), comfortable and clean. The housekeeping is wonderful. Sonder offers towels, toilet paper, detergent... even earplugs in storages so you can get it whenever you need. That's relieving. Never had a better stay since 1997 - and I'm returning to the States at least once a year. Had many hotels and motels and small apartments. From now on I'll compare every stay to this at Sonder Atlanta. There was a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom and a walk-in closet. The chat contact with staff was very prompt and always helpful. TV has no cable but worked perfectly. Nice balcony. Contactless check in and out. Keypad with Code. So private, so convenient. Want to move in!

Thought that parking was expensive. As such, I decided to park at an outdoor lot a block from the building, which resulted in someone breaking into my vehicle by smashing the rear windshield and stealing the contents in the vehicle. In an effort to save money, I ended up losing in this case. Afterwards, I used your facility's indoor garage the remainder of the stay. No TV in the bedroom.

Cleanliness of room and entire building. Amenities: Full Kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Exercise facility. Customer service was great (all texts responded to in minutes).
