Room was a little small even for a solo traveler. Bar/restaurant was closed so that was a bit of a bummer.

Rooms are compact but true to photos and expectations. Shame breakfast is not available.

Situated very close to several subway stations. Spotless clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money in NY City. Coffee and tea in the morning is provided (and much appreciated).

The rooms are minimum size, we were offered an upgrade for 80 bucks per night…. Would have made sense but then the prize is a little higher…

Some rooms were better appointed than others. Electric points were not functional in one of the rooms we had.

We knew no breakfast, so that wasn't a problem, although quite expensive for room only. Aircon worked well and the free coffee was good.

Wasn’t like I thought it was going to be, the bathrooms in the rooms need updating to stay in keeping with the rest of the room, for the price paid it wasn’t anything special

Tiny bathroom…maybe the location is not in the best part of manhattan, but still you can reach everywhere quite easily.

The overall atmosphere, from the amazing scient to the interior design…really amazing! Very comfortable beds. Well connected to the tube. Good food options just a few blocks from there.

There's no breakfast option – luckily there are some brilliant breakfast joint around the corner, but that's an extra cost. Relatively small room for the money, but that's New York price level I guess. Not much of a view to the back.

Cosy hotel with a distinct character in one of the best spots imaginable. Right between the Chinatown, Little Italy and Greenwich. Dozens of places to eat out only a few feet away. A short walk to the Subway. Surprisingly quiet.

Although we have stayed here before, and know there is no elevator, it is really hard to get luggage up, and head back to the room at the end of the day. The floor we were on smelled like cigarettes, but he lobby smelled great! The air conditioner made weird sounds.

The location is great. It is easy to access and check in. Room is quiet and spacious. Bathroom is nice.

You need to carry the bags up to the first floor, but all the rest is super in a special atmosphere.

The room for 5 people was basically beds, no additional room to move. It works if you only plan to go and sleep there.

The hotel is well situated near Soho and you can easily walk to little Italy/China Town to eat and Soho to shop. People were very friendly and the beds were very comfortable

Our room was a little bit worn I felt. Also it was on the smaller size for a family room so we were a bit crowded in there. Im sure that couples will enjoy the hotel much more then families with babies.

The location was fantastic for exploring New York. Right on the corner of Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown. The hotel has a cool vibe and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Also I felt the price was fair, good value.

More storage in rooms would help. We stayed for 6 nights and lived out of our suitcases. Fridge in room would also be good
