Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe 1st night we had bugs in our room. Bed, dresser, bathroom, crawling up wall. They could move us till the next day. So we slept in chairs. Didn't get much sleep. We were credited back one night and moved to another room. It was better, we just on the 1st floor with dogs. Your Staff was AMAZING & Friendly.

Location is only twenty minutes from Uptown Charlotte and Elevation Ballantyne. We were greeted warmly from the front desk staff. She was helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean.

United StatesRooms were not as clean as they should be. I found a vape pen, a bottle cap, and dirty tissue between the bed and the nightstand. The pet charge was a little much. Eggs were very dry and powder like. The orange juice was watery.
The staff were great, and friendly. They did go out of their way to assist when asked. The TV was large and had basic satellite channels. The pool was clean. There's plenty of electrical outlets.

The staff that worked nights. Get name began with a "D" Debra maybe, she was welcoming and mad me want to continue my stay. Was probably the only reason.

United StatesI didn't like that when I asked for my room to be cleaned because I was coming back after I got off of work my door was left wide open to my room and no one closed it and I'm missing belongings as well as the power went out for about 3 hours there was no accommodation for that one of the staff members told me to go wait in my car and I had been staying there for about a week now as well as the breakfast lady the female that works in the pantry is a very rude and very racist overall I live in mint Hill Matthews and I've never been so disrespected and I never been on accommodated for having no power my food melted I didn't get accommodated for food that melted in the refrigerator I didn't get accommodated for being hot I didn't get accommodated for not being able to use vending machine to even get something to drink I understand all the power was out but as a paying customer I couldn't even do my work for class because there was no internet I couldn't even get into the pool because it's closed so I had to be hot until the power came back on I didn't receive a discount hey I'm sorry no letter nothing and very disappointed

United StatesThere was nothing that we liked about the property. I actually feel as though it’s false advertisements because the rooms look nothing like what’s online other than the sheet sets. We booked a three day stay we stayed one night and we checked out after we went to the breakfast that’s included the next day, picked up some napkins and found some little bugs under there. I do not recommend this hotel.
