I wanted to say that the ceilings in the apartment are low. But then I learnt that this is the usual situation in America. No other disadvantages.

This is an aparthotel. We (3 persons) lived in a spacious one-bedroom apartment. With kitchen (but without washing machine). The finishing of the apartment was nice, though not luxurious. The hotel and the apartment are newly renovated. As in most aparthotels, there is no room cleaning by the staff. However, we could always change the towels. The location is good. Modern and nice area of New Jersey. Easy access to Manhatten by metro. A big supermarket is nearby.

Booked the full view room of river but it was only a partial view. Toilet was running - handyman came to fix it but it started again unfortunately

When visiting NYC, you have to consider some extra travel time to walk to a PATH station and ride the train under the Hudson. Only thing I would like the property would have is free coffee and hot water in the lobby.

The room we had was more like a small apartment. Spacious, separate bedroom, kitchen with large kitchen table, and a comfortable sleeping sofa. Since we arrived by car, the convenience of a (paid) secure parking lot outweigh the short extra travel time to Manhattan. The nearby mall, several coffee places and beer garden were convenient extras. Definitely would pick again if travel to NYC by car.

The receptionist lady that was there during the night wasn’t the most hospitable. She’d make us wait for her at the reception for 20-30 mins because she had “other work” to do. I think that that’s unacceptable. Customers should come first. We are paying money to stay there. Besides that lady, the rest of the staff were great. The utensil provided weren’t enough. No pots and pans were provided which can be inconvenient. Overall, great place! Location was perfect.

You could hear the tram really close during early hours in the morning. It was not super loud but might be a problem for a light sleeper. I have earplugs so not an big issue.

Great location for a quick commute to Manhattan. You can take the Path train to WTC or midtown and connect with different subways. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Room was clean. They had laundry facilities to use for free (you only need to pay for detergent or bring your own).

The hotel is renovated and very clean. Every room has an equipped kitchen. There are restaurants and supermarkets around.

Not enough kitchen equipment (not enough table set..). Hopefully kitchen on demand help. But a check before customer check-in is expected in regard of the price we paid for a full equipped room. Several issue with toilet, the technician respond quickly. Wake up early morning due to customer on next room, wall are too thin or customer noisy? I will appreciate to have the bed on sofa done at our arrival, I don't know who like to do it when arriving late with kids?

Easy to acces by path and safe place. Confortable room with a separate bedroom. Appréciable to have fresh, renew room. Laundry is practical.

Not really much to complain, except perhaps the distance to the city, but that's a deliberate choice, and with the PATH nearby, it's at most a 30 min trip to the WTC site. Cleaning could be done more frequently. In one week on site, we never had the room cleaned, although we got new towels when requested.

The view to the Hudson river and Manhattan are great. There are a few restaurants in the proximity, all with breathtaking views to Manhattan and excellent choices for food and drinks, if a bit on the expensive side. The PATH subway system is only a 7 min walk, the tram is a 3 min walk from the hotel. The room is reasonably sized and it wasn't noisy. Very nicely, the final invoice did not include the night we didn't spend there due to the airline getting us there a day later. Our reservation was kept by the hotel and eventually the bill reduced.
