When we tried to eat at the cafe the staff saw us and yet kept up discussing their shifts that they are going to work. did not even acknowledge us even though they did see us.

The staff at the front desk and Valet were very helpful and friendly.

You do not have a poker room

I took my family to dinner in your steakhouse and was very pleased. I played a lot of slot machines with my sisters. We had fun. I learned to play craps while I was there with your free lessons. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed my room.

All the restaurants (approx 5 total) downstairs were full and the reservation wait time was two hours - this was on a Monday evening. The gym is missing disinfectant spray and towels for after use.

This is a great hotel and I will definitely be staying again. The room was spacious and the interiors were all new. It was very comfortable. The gym is well equipped and has good equipment. When I arrived the staff were welcoming and check in was fast. The pool area is well organised and relaxing. There’s a bar section, a lot of pool seating and it’s spacious.

This was the first time we stayed at the Silverton. Our room was not ready at 3:00pm. They said it would be another hour and they would call us. No call over 90 minutes later. We had to check with reception. They forgot to call us. Not a good start. We went to the Twin Creeks restaurant on Sunday night. The first time we went to the restaurant, a year ago, we loved it. It was so nice and the service was great. Unfortunately, our Sunday visit wasn't so good. Our server, Brandon, was subpar at best. When we are spending over $300 for a meal for two people, we expect an quality amount of service. He forgot items, we had to remind him. We didn't check on us and it was disappointing. We felt like it was in a regular restaurant, not the quality of service we received in the past. We prefer restaurants like Bouchon, at the Venetian, where year after year we have received quality service and dining experience and we've recommended to many of our friends and family. Unfortunately, we will not be recommending Twin Creeks in the future. Too bad, very disappointed.

The bathroom is on the small side but nut a deal breaker.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant food was good and very well priced, pool area is lovely, all the lounge chairs at the pool are very padded (something you usually have to pay extra for at the strip casinos), the aquarium is beautiful.

Wish there were more late night options for snacks and grab and go food items. Also didn’t care for the cigarette smoke in the casino.

You need more cleaning staff.. There were several areas that just needed picked up, wiped up or swept. A lot more. We had no one stop to clean our room - just to take the trash during our stay

We loved the fact it wasn't big, it felt more personal. The pool area was lovely and our room was great. The staff were very friendly.

Because your location is so far off the strip, I noticed the staff numbers were lower, and the tables were closed early. Being that my husband and I are table gamblers, especially with the poker tables, we would like to see more tables opened. There were plenty of slot machines to satisfy our play. Overall our stay was great.

Pool, restaurants in the casino were good as well as the staff.

We were woken on night one by a noisy lorry outside, below our room and noxious toilet fumes as they seemed to be emptying a cess pit/ tank. We complained the next day and were given a food and beverage credit. Otherwise, nothing. Loved this place.

Fab newly refurbed hotel. Rooms were lovely, and the bed was really comfortable. The decor was great. Lovely ambience. The pool was wonderful. Food was well priced and huge quantities. The casino element was huge but interesting even for non gamblers like us. Best hotel of 11 on our trip.

The location , Private feeling , the pool , wine tasting , the staff at pool needs more attention they are sitting with their mobiles they have to work the guests that is paying and give service , excellent place like to stay next time again Great to be off the strip , and the mermaids is a fun and entertaining, different , and instagram friendly, Steak and eggs was very Good for the prize , interesting place ! Thanks , little more live entertainment on property should be very nice !
