I was on the bottom level and there was a lot of noise from the people staying above. Not sure if they were loud or if the floors were just thin and sounds carried.

Breakfast was decent. I was happy to find warm Belgian waffles. Location was very good, close to main part of town and the hot springs and adventure park. Right off the highway. Room was clean and comfortable.

the beds were awful hard and very unforgiving. we like to sleep cold it was very hard to achieve that due to ac not really regulatregulating. odd that there was no coffee in room had to bring from front office.

The front desk staff took care of us, especially Audrey when we needed to work on a room change. The front desk staff customer service was 10/10, and amazing.

The furniture was for short people. It was hard to up from the couch and chair because it was low to the ground. The curtains didn't block the light at night.

There was a lot of noise during the night - traffic, trains, helicopter, coyotes? Missed having a cup of tea in the room, having to walk down to reception for supplies was not convenient. Using styrofoam cups at breakfast generates a lot of waste and is not environmentally friendly.

The location was good and easy to find. Check-in was easy, the receptionist was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety on offer. Overall I would recommend the Silver Spruce Inn and would stay there again if I was in the area, perhaps in a different room though.

at times we weren't always able to park right in front of our room because there weren't always enough parking places, but that was a small inconvenience compared to everything else. tiny little black bugs would be around the outside light. so when you opened your door to go in at night they would fly in and you'd see them in the room but they were very tiny.

staff was very friendly and accommodating, our room was ready about an hour early, attention to details in terms of decorating for fall. very pleasant. Glad to see two trees with table and chairs underneath them for which we can sit and enjoy. breakfast had a lot to choose from and it was well stocked and in good condition. tables had cute little centerpieces on them. ice machines work something we didn't have at the last two places we stayed at. location was within walking distance to many amenities.

Position of hotel in Glenwood Springs

Very outdated hotel. Towels thin. Very dark inside room. We stayed in motels like this when we started coming to USA 30 years ago. Position brilliant though. Just the room very old

The room overall was a bit dark and due for renovation. The spray from the shower head felt like needles, which made it practically unusable, but thankfully the jacuzzi tub made up for it. There was also quite a bit of road noise.

Our room was comfortable and clean with a loveseat, desk, and microwave. The jacuzzi jets in the tub was also a nice bonus. We were close to the ice machine which was convenient for refilling our cooler. The location was convenient and very close to the hot springs pools nearby.

The location was perfect. Glenwood springs is a great place to be and silver spruce in is perfectly located in the center of the town. the staff is wonderful and the breakfast spread was decent.

Breakfast unfortunately overrun with (what felt like) a bus full of tourists that have never handled a motel waffle maker before (not the motel‘s fault)!!

Plumbing was older so faucets didn’t works super well, shower head was like 4 feet tall, toilet didn’t flush great. The AC unit in the bedroom wasn’t working great. Despite all this, the staff was so friendly, came to work on any issue we brought up including bringing us a new tv when we had issues. It’s just a bit dated, but nothing that was t expected for the least expensive place to stay with good ratings. I’d stay here again for sure!!! Just know the finishings are a little dated.

Great location, and most cost efficient place to stay in Glenwood Springs. Super comfy beds, very friendly and responsive staff.
