The property is in bad shape: bathroom and furniture. The check-in process took forever. The food is horrible.

But tv is very old Not one window in the room that can be opened and the room gets very stuffy And the bathroom was disgusting Mold and rust I was disgusted to take a shower there Oh and no mini bar in the room And if u want a drink of water u need to go down to the gym

The price was pretty high! And I think the buffet or a la carte breakfast option was insanely high. We chose the a la carte option and spent $50 for 2 people for a mediocre breakfast and terrible service. The server wasn’t warm or friendly and seemed in over her head since she was acting as host, server, and food runner while having a full dining room.

It was a quick checkin after having a free shuttle from the airport. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. My husband loves the cookie although I wish just a plain chocolate chip cookie was still offered rather than the walnut or vegan option.

I didn't like that the menu that we scanned with our phone was not available that we were provided paper menus, which was disappointing in flavor appearance and appreciation for the food in general refers to dinner options

The location is a great spot to get back-and-forth to the airport. Also, when traveling around the city getting back to the hotel is convenient. From the front desk to the perfect service, she also handled evening service was very pleasant patient and persistent with tending to the overload of customers my daughter and I thanked her for her service and kindness with a bouquet of roses

There was Black Mold on the window ledge. The winow seal needed replaced, there was a fog In between the window panes. "Special " parking is of a premium, more is needed. On this day one of the employees was parked in one of the spots that didn't need to be there.

The bathroom was horrible. Bathtub is rusty, old and the sink was clogged.

The TV was small and outdated, making it challenging to connect my laptop. The outlets between the beds were loose and malfunctioning. The closure of the pool on the last day was inconvenient, as it was a primary reason for choosing your hotel. Additionally, the breakfast experience was marred by a dirty cup with lipstick So we decided to skip breakfast the last 2 days. The $93 parking fee, difficulty finding handicap parking, and the inconvenience of using a cracked ramp with double doors were notable issues.

The bed, pillows, and room cleanliness were satisfactory.

The toilet was broke there was poop diarrhea in the toilet there was hair on the bathroom floor they gave us used drinking cups. And all they did was fix the toilet and gave us 20.00 for the restaurant the travel shuttle was dirty and disgusting seats needs cleaned

Our flight got canceled, and the soonest available flight was three hours later, leaving us stuck in the lobby past midnight, even though we had informed the reception about our stay. It seemed like one of their employees, possibly the hotel manager, didn’t treat us with the respect we expected and asked us to leave the hotel.

The restaurant kitchen was appalling. Iy took over an hour and a half to get our food. I was finished with my entree before my husband got his entree.íù

The staff seemed like robots, not humans. Even for check out they just told us to put the key in a basket. I did not have the chance to tell them that I consumed food and if I should pay for it or if they would deduct from the guarantee.
