The "fully-equipped" kitchenette was definitely under-equipped, with minimal cutlery, cups, and bowls. Staff were helpful in bringing up extras.

Great location with beautiful views on both sides of the hotel. Wonderful to walk out of the lobby onto the beach and to watch the sunrise from our balcony. Very quiet and comfortable rooms.

Because the rooms are small the furnishings go a long way to making the space comfortable. The couch in our room needs REPLACED. Uncomfortable to sit on and not pleasant to look at.

Staff was fabulous. Skye did a fantastic job at the front desk and with any questions we had. Staff was definitely positive. Location was great for accessing activities in Wrightsville. Loved our view of the ocean.

Coffee maker in room didn’t work, and there was not a coffee bar so we had to pay for coffee. Apparently after breakfast hours, the coffee bar is available. That’s frustrating. The water in the rooms stunk like sulfur. It was at first nauseating. I did get used to it, but I had to go out for bottled water. Pillows-nice that there were three on each bed. But my roommate had a neck ache in the morning. I was fine.

Excellent employees. Skye and her crew, including a maintenance guy, were so welcoming and helpful.

Room 515 looked a little tired, needs upgrading and fridge dripped onto shelf a little.

We wanted to rent chairs and umbrella on our arrival ( around 3 pm). However we were told they were out of chairs and umbrellas. I feel there should be a big enough supply to accommodate requests. I also noted the chair guys took down the umbrellas at 4 pm, instead of 5 pm. We asked if we could have one of the vacated umbrella and chairs as it was very hot and were told the existing customers had reserved them till 5 pm.

Love that it is oceanfront! Gaza great wide and clean beach.

My only gripe is that our living room area had poor lighting. The light above the stove was out and the main light in the ceiling was out. We only had a dimly lit light on the wall and a smallish style table lamp.

Beachfront was great. Staff friendly and personable. Would come back again.

We didn’t like that our jacuzzi in room didn’t work. Made a report. It wasn’t fixed while we were there.

The condo felt old and uncared for. With some TLC it could be a really lovely place, but instead it was a bit depressing. For the price, I would have expected it to be in better condition.

The location is great and the condo had much more space than a traditional hotel.

Was at the other end & away from restaurant Wasn’t as clean around the pool as I would have liked. Only one of the front desk staff wasn’t as pleasant as you would hope for . Resturant on property closed early on Sunday which was the day I arrived after a long drive and was so Hungrey. No coffee displayed anywhere to get complementary or for purchase.

The walk to the room from the elevator was kind of far but by no means inconvenient. I have nothing to really complain about.

The walk to the beach was short and convenient. The hotel is the last one on the island so the beach area was not packed! The hotel had it's own parking garage and was very convenient.

The building is apparently a condo so does not have first rate hotel amenities.

Staff could’ve cleaned a little in between not just What you can see. sand from previous guest was everywhere. actually clean and wipe instead of just dry wiping

The space was not as big as it looked in the pictures. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting. The space was not very clean. The surfaces were dirty and sticky, it also did not look like they had done a good job of changing the linen. For instance, there were hairs on the bedding that were clearly not ours. We had indicated that we would have 3 guests staying but there were not enough towels for everyone or bedding (for the person who had to sleep on the couch). The floor was sandy from the previous guests as well. I ended up getting cleaning supplies to clean up the space to feel comfortable.

The view was wonderful. The space has amazing views of the ocean. The beach was also not too crowded. The space had a refrigerator and a kitchenette. There was also a nice balcony for you to sit on and view the beach and ocean.
