My only complaint were the elevators. On day 4 for my family two of the three went down and going from the beach to floor 19 with all of our belongings was a struggle. Most of the time it took about 10 minutes or so for one to reach us. Other than that the place was amazing.

The property was in a great location with many shops and places to eat that were close by. Having 3 pools was amazing and is where we spent most of our time. The Pedway to get to the beach was awesome. Our condo was beautiful and had an amazing view.

The condo was spacious, clean, and wonderful! The pools were my favorite part. They have 3 different ones on site and 2 pretty large hot tubs/spa. The host was super responsive and great to work with. We had no issues and had a very nice stay. If you are comparing condos... pick this one!!

The pools were not deep, only 4 feet was the deepest. And the beach area was very small. And our beach chairs and everything got “stolen” or removed by beach patrol during the stay. (We put the chairs out at sunrise 6:00am and came back at 7:00am and they were gone.)

The view from room 1906 was amazing, best view I’ve ever had.

The unit doesn’t come with a cookie sheet. Kinda hard for us to bake cookies without a cookie sheet. Obvi that’s not a deal-breaker, but since the review wants me to include SOMETHING negative, that’s the *single* disappointment we felt our whole stay

EVERYTHING! The view alone makes it worth every penny. It’s on the 19th floor (out of 20 total), so we could see clear through to the beach. (Btw we’re Southern, so on the day it stormed we sat on the balcony and watched the thunderstorms roll through.) We’re pretty easy to please, so bear that in mind too. But even our picky friend was pleased with the condo. That counts as a W to me!

There are three things they can do to make the condo excel and that is better instructions for the TV switching from Roku to Satellite in the living room. Also, placing a hair dryer in the bathrooms as there was none available to use. Finally, security put a warning notice on my vehicle within minutes of us trying to find the condo and check-in. They need to give guest more time to get the passes inside the condo before putting a notice on the guest vehicle. We had an issues with being given the wrong key code to get inside the condo and it took us 15 minutes to call customer service to get another key code. Once, we received the new code we were instructed to get the vehicle pass off the kitchen counter and fill it out properly. By the time, we made it back to our vehicle we had a warning sign on our windshield wiper. I was not happy about receiving it so quickly. Also, please be advised, they are under construction so it may be loud in the morning.

The Condo was well equipped in the kitchen, the views are amazing off the balcony, and the pools and hot tubs were clean. Also, the indoor pool was heated which was perfect for those cold days. Finally, the beach access was excellent! Therefore, I would definitely recommend this condo to my travel business clients, friends, and family.

The water drained slow in the tubs. The microwave started sparking when we tried to use it. Was given the wrong lock code to get in. Cleaning people came a day early.

The view from the room was spectacular. Had a few issues checking in but was handled well. This is a great place for families.

The staff was rude, we were forced to moved our stuff at the pool so a lady could pressure wash everything in the middle of the day with people trying to lay on the chairs and soak up the sun. “Get up guys, time to move” was her response to us laying out, not cool. secondly, another women came down screaming, “EVERYONE STOP MOVING, I NEED TO SEE WRISTBANDS RIGHT NOW” like we were in some kind of jail or prison.

The apartment we stayed in could use new bedding. The sheets, pillow cases, and covers were stained. We almost thought they were dirty when we first arrived. We had to wash them just in case. Also, we could never get the blender to work.

We really liked the pools, they looked very clean. It's a small walk to the beach, this made it very accessible. The a.c. system worked great, the room always felt refreshing.
