Only at the reception Isabella is a very angry and problematic person. During our stay, she did everything to spoil our holiday. I hope hotel owener will read our feedback.

All the employees are very good people. For example the young man in the reception who’s have 21 years old, another reception man, breakfast maker, housekeeping. I am thinking you for your hospitality.

The wifi at the property did not work at all for us. My cellular data was faster than it. The smart tv in our room wouldn’t work due to the wifi. Netflix was available but it didn’t load. Lack of towels. Our room only had 1 bigger towels and a bunch of tinier hand towels. I called the front multiple times and went to the front desk throughout the stay to see if we could get extra towels. She said they were out of the bigger towels and only had the face cloths. I even asked for beach towels and she said no. Shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough for my liking.

We booked the penthouse for one night specifically for the hot tub and rooftop access. The hot tub water level was low upon arrival; however, we called the front and someone came up shortly to fix the hot tub for us. The lounge chairs and rooftop furniture were also nice. The location is nice. It is in walkable distance to the beach and a CVS which was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

No parking spots available for us. Had to pay parking for the entire time we were there. Initial room we got already had guests in it, quite embarrassing to walk in on people. Shower room had curtains and not a proper door.

It kind of had a weird smell to the whole hotel. It wasn't filthy, but i wouldn't consider it exceptionally clean. The water pressure was not very good and the water would get all over the floor during a shower. They also did not have the proper stuff readily available such as towels or blankets.

I liked the location of the hotel! There was a very close access to the beach. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants, or they were a very close drive away.

There were 2 staff members I had an issue with. The rest were AMAZING. First, the female staff member on shift in the early morning on Monday the 26th. Her attitude was terrible, seemed like she didn’t wanna be bothered or at work for that matter. Very dismissive. We only wanted to know what time breakfast was because we’d clearly missed it. Second, the male staff on shift early morning on Wednesday the 28th. Extremely rude and nasty. I woke around 12pm, hungover we are 22 in Miami of course we came to party. I went to get a salad and the restaurant forgot my utensils. I proceeded down to the front desk to ask for a fork and was rudely told 3 different ways that “there are no utensils in the building once breakfast ends”. Now call me judgemental but that just sounds absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know any hotel that gets a new shipment of utensils EVERY single day? I ended up having to walk back about 4 blocks to Piola for a fork. By the way their grilled chicken Caesar salad is TO DIE FOR! Also we were told upon check in that we could get free beach towels, an umbrella and chairs upon request for our stay. We asked would we need to make any deposit or anything and the nice woman checking us in assured us that it was all inclusive with our stay. My best friend had gone to the beach before me and got beach supplies with no problem. When we tried to go together, the same male staff member who told me there were no utensils, told us that if we didn’t leave our IDs or make a deposit we couldn’t beach supplies. We told him that upon check in we were informed that if any of the supplies were missing or damaged we would be charged a damage deposit but we would not have to make any deposit or leave anything. Besides how can you get drunk on the beach if you don’t have your ID??? Not to mention, my best friend didn’t have that problem when she went by herself. He just seemed miserable and like he wanted to make everyone else’s stay miserable as well.

My best friend and I stayed here for the last 4 of our 7 day Miami trip and our room was GORGEOUS. A bit small yes but the Jacuzzi tub was absolutely beautiful, it was clean, nice furniture, adequate toiletries, housekeeping everyday. Not too many bad things to say about this place, only 2 specific staff members.

When we arrived the receptionist asked us for a tip even before we checked in and she also said if we did not have the money we could use an ATM. Not a good intro for us. The breakfast was very meager, on the first day - just a couple of small croissants and coffee or water, on the second they did have sliced bread and did put some eggs out when other guests complained. The Lady who was putting things out was very helpful though. The room was good and spacious and nice and clean. The shower and toilet were clean and some towels to use.

We felt it was a good location and that you could easily walk to the beach and also along the beach walkway where there was no other traffic , just joggers and bikes. The hotel was quite and just right for a short few days.

Our room was not properly cleaned during our 4 night stay, just the towels were replaced. For a 4* establishment we really would expect this and were dissappointed about this. Internet was a bit slow, which made watching TV quite annoying. We would expect a wider selection for the breakfast, bread and butter really is the minimum, and fits more to cheaper places. For this price i think we would rather not return.

The hotel facilities are nice, so is the building, the decor is really classy,, the rooms are quite big and in fine condition. Distance to beachwalk is minimal, a market for drinks is in walking distance. The reception personell was friendly.
