The property has a nice layout, good amenities. The kayaks were free to use and they also had things such as sunscreen and beach towels available for guests to use if needed. The staff were very friendly and insightful when it came to local events or places to eat. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The next door resort was very out and rocking their music way into the morning. The manager of Seafarer can't control what the neighboring resort does.

Excellent service, great location, friendly staff, homemade breakfast included. Parking on site. Rooms are adequate size and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is private and sandy. There are chairs, hammocks, lounges, a dock for fishing and kayaks are available for free. It’s perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and have fun with children. Would recommend to everyone!

It advertises breakfast I thought I read 6 but no breakfast until 8 and no coffee until 7:30 and you can’t make coffee on the room. We had booked an early snorkeling trip and had to be there by 7:30.

The property was nice. I requested ocean view which I did get but it farther away than I expected and if none parked between you and ocean.

There was no ice machine but there was a gas station down the road that had ice.

The grounds were beautiful. Lots of trees and a cool walking bridge that leads to the beach. They have lights on the trees at night which set a very nice ambiance. The beach area was very nice and there were not many people so it felt very quiet and peaceful.

There was nothing that we didn't like. The room was small and didn't have much storage for clothes but who needs clothes when you're in the keys? I don't feel like this would be a good choice for families with small kids because there's no pool or things for the kids to do

It's a small resort with no amenities which was fine for us. The beach area is very quiet and a great place to relax. The breakfast was muffins and a fritata muffin which was fine for us too. If you wanted any food or drinks you will have to drive or use a delivery service. We reserved a beach cottage and it was clean and the ac worked great.

Located right on hwy 1 quick and easy to restaurants and anything you want to do. Private beach with loungers, covered tables and hammocks. Staff kept both inside and out clean all were friendly. Western exposures made for great sunsets. Came to rest and relax got just what we wanted

Barely room for 1 in shower, mattresses a little out dated. Maybe the 1 bed rooms are bigger?

Nice quaint, little place. Stayed 1 night in room 15(queen and king bed). The place is set up nice, small beach facing west to enjoy sunset, squirrels come right to your hand, cold a/c, friendly staff, nice free breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Parking is limited. While we did not have any issues, we weren't sure exactly where the overflow parking area was. There seemed plenty of room, but parking in the area seemed up to the individual.

The Resort is small with only about 15-18 units. The grounds were well kept and nicely landscaped. The beach area was small, private, and sandy. While not large enough for games like volleyball or tossing games, it is excellent for both relaxing, sun bathing, aod for families, especially those with small children.. There was a dock for fishing and lounges and chairs for relaxing. The resort's position was perfect to observe sunsets and just a short convenient walk from our unit at the front. The breakast choices were limited but fresh and hot. The unit we had was of adequate size and clean. We were very pleased with our choice of staying here. The bathroom was ADA.

Everything was better than expected nothing negative to say.

Loved this resort its small size offered a very safe and comfortable space for my kids, the beach access was incredible. Room was clean and comfortable, house keeping staff was delightful and did an amazing job. Late arrival checking was easy and got us settled in quick. So happy to have chosen this resort and will do it again soon!

Breakfast was solid. Excellent frittata, yogurts, fruits, coffee. Really enjoyed using the kayaks. The staff were exceptional. Guests were friendly.

Blinds at rear of Room 12 didn’t close fully/were broken. As a solo traveller I wasn’t comfortable with the thought someone could look in through gaps. There was no-one on site to tell as staff left just after 19:00 My smoke detector was thick with dust above the bed
