We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSunday went down for coffee and there wasn't any. Also no staff to check you out, There was a deposit for the key and was texted would we like to have the deposit credited to out card or give to housekeeping as a tip.
Room was clean and efficient. Beach is within walking distance and the pool was still open (heated). It is the end of the season but we were there for TROG. Liked that there was off street parking and coffee available in the am.

CanadaI was expecting it to have a room safe which most motels/hotels have.
We liked the location (close to the beach and at the start of the boardwalk). I chose this hotel because most of the reviews talked about how CLEAN it was, and it did not disappoint. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate staying here again. All in all, a wonderful stay.

The motel had a friendly staff. The property was conveniently located very close to the beach and boardwalk. The room was compact but it was clean and was maintained well. Overall it was a great motel for our first visit to Wildwood.

United StatesThere really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If looking for a way to improve, perhaps a thicker blanket for the bed. The air conditioner worked great, so it was a little chilly at times.
The location was great! We were one street away from the start of the boardwalk and the beach entrance. Getting to and from the beach with all of our things was so easy! We were able to get checked in early and our car could stay in their parking lot for a few hours after checking out so we were able to enjoy the beach a little longer.

United StatesRooms on slightly smaller side but its due to it being a retro motel so that is just how it is. Beds smaller than expected but totally fine. We slept well with the AC units on in the room which provide a nice white noise from anything happening outside. Clientele was a nice mix of older adults and families, and only on our last night did we have some chatty teenagers outside our room but after asking them to be quiet it was fine. They were watching videos on their phone on speaker(ugh- the entire generation right now to be honest), so had to make them aware of their tomfoolery.
Location was ideal and just a hop jump away from the boardwalk and beach. Shops and things are in easy walking distance. The retro sense of the hotel was still in tact including neon sign and the place was well maintained and clean! No smoking is allowed which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful! They even went out of their way to help us with a late check out and refunding $5 when a vending machine wasn't working outside the hotel.
