No coffee maker in the room

Clean comfortable room. Shower had good water pressure. Staff was nice to talk to and were able to accommodate our early arrival. Really appreciate being able to book a room for one night during summer season. Other hotels only offered a two-night minimum stay.

Beds were hard. Back discomfort the next morning. Need signs posted on each door as to where to dump trash, i.e. food deliveries.

Location, noise, too pricey for location

The place was ok but really like a motel and pretty loud on a busy street. We were also no where near the beach, which is what we wanted

Here’s what I thought. The second day we were there we came back to the hotel room and it was flooded. A water main broke. We were ok with removing all our items and moving to another room, which was offered after about an hour of sitting outside sweating. We got our replacement room and waited another 2 hours for the water to be turned back on. The staff was great in how they handled with the limited help from management. I expected at least a discount on our stay, but nothing.

Clean and updated the location was on the forgotten mile in Rehoboth. I appreciated the more quiet location as well as the elevator for my elderly mother. The staff were friendly and most helpful. If I could give the staff 11 out of 10 I would!

Ensuring quiet at night and no smoking around or near the facility.

We stayed here after our original home ended up being a dud. This place was a delightful find especially for our two dogs. The maid service was spectacular. Clean rooms every day. Super nice neighborhood behind for walking. Only downside was some of the guests smoked pot outside and the smell got drawn into the rooms via the individual AC units.

It’s the bare minimum. Recently updated but still feeds a bit old and dingy. Not necessarily dirty, but not super clean either. No amenities compared to some other local stays for similar prices.

It’s convenient to the good stuff…bars, restaurants and beach. Just far enough out to not be in the hustle and bustle of it all, but close enough to walk. Staff is always great…they’ve built up the lobby in terms of offering coffee and snacks over the few years I’ve been staying here.

No coffee pot in the room. Laminate flooring could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We cleaned it to make our stay more comfortable.

The only thing we didn’t really like was that it’s not too close to the beach. We had to drive there (we have a lot of chairs and beach gear) and find parking since a ten minute walk would be a lot with carrying all our stuff. This is not the motels fault though, and it’s really the only thing we disliked about the trip.

The staff was very friendly and polite! Always greeted us with a smile when we would enter the office. The room looked nice and was very clean. It didn’t have any musty odors like some motels can get in the room. We booked a smoking room because that was what they had available for the dates we chose. I was concerned we would be able to smell smoke in the room. We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in and the room actually smelled nice!! Not even a trace of smoke :) Parking was easy and the elevator made it very convenient to get to our room on the third floor.

The hotel is directly off the main road so it was hard to sleep well with all of the traffic.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beach was very close and within walking distance.
