We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI couldn’t find the way to get in to the hotel to park last night because the road at the hotel property was block. The parking lot was small, not enough room for me to park in the parking lot. I had to park on the road by curb side near the property

United StatesThe beds were awful. Squeaky and loud. I mean VERY loud and not too comfy. No extra blankets in room, if we turned AC down it got humid very quickly but one bed next to AC got chilly. Also we normally got a code to room lock the day before but it was getting close and no communication. We decided to drive up so we could check in. The lock had been placed on the door already but Lamar opened it for us. After we checked in we had to drive half hour back to where we were. Shouldn’t wait till last minute to get code to get key.
Convenient for us, we’ve stayed before and had no issues. Just a quick overnight each time

United StatesI wished that I had been given coffee for 2 mornings instead of only one, it would have been convenient to have more hangers in the closet, and I would have liked an ice maker and drinking water fountain on site.
I enjoyed that fact that the managers answered any questions I had before my stay and made sure I had all accommodations needed including extra towels, a later check in time, as well as soaps, coffee, and other amenities. Other hotel guests were kind and respectful. The pool was nice, too!

United StatesThe only thing I can say I didn't like was that there were stray cats on the property. Staff members and manager put food out for them overnight. I am a big animal lover but I think they should feed them further away from the main office and entrances. Additionally, you never know if anyone has allergies to cats.
Loved the Location. It was centrally located to everything. My room was very clean and I was booked for an extended stay of one month. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly as well.
