You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very clean, well kept, comfortable beds and spacious rooms! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We attended an event at the SPAC and there was a free shuttle to and from the event.

Even the low budget crap motels have one… Although i didn’t mind so much because i was high, my hooker gf kept complaining about the slow shuttle 🤷♂️ Last but not least, you have safes in the rooms, however the darn things are not mounted! So having them in the rooms is pretty pointless don’t you think? 🤔
The Hotel lobby was so big I felt like i was in the movie Pretty woman. Especially since my gf dressed like a hooker for the Lainey Wilson concert

Darlene at the front desk was exceptional in that she accommodated all of our needs and did so with a huge smile and in a professional manner! Darlene made sure we were well taken care of. Darlene even greeted us by name when she saw us walking into the lobby each time! The rooms were wonderful and the beds & pillows were so comfortable! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Everything from start to finish was perfect! We came up for my daughters graduation at SUNY Albany. I had booked a room and asked for a room next to elevator due to mobility issues. Upon arrival, I was told by Darlene at the front desk we were upgraded to a certain suite that was closer to the elevator. Little did she know it was the same suite i had stayed in last time with my boyfriend who had sadly passed away. So it was such a pleasant surprise and a sign from him I feel. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. Darlene took pics of my mom, daughter and I the next day before leaving for graduation. We felt like family by the time we left. I've stayed here a few times. Rooms are gorgeous, hotel in general is, Morton's steakhouse is top notch and I recommend also! Thank you for making our stay so special!
