It is obvious the hotel's exterior was under renovation. Rather run down, but to be fair they were working on it. The grounds could have been cleaner. Sidewalks needed to be swept. The ceiling in the breakfast room had tiles coming down/falling off, fortunately none were directly over the tables/chairs. Some of the chairs had dirty cushions. But once again I am sure they will be working on this room.

The bed was actually very comfortable for me. The room was very clean. The carpet looked pretty new. The POOL was the nicest I've seen for the value, 5 star for that. It was still open when other hotels I investigated had closed down their outdoor pool for the season. The continental breakfast was very adequate ( waffles were the tastiest ! ). Might suggest some fresh fruit like apple/bananas, and perhaps yogurt.

The clean is not good. Our sheets had stings and marks… bathroom was not very good and in the rug were ear plugs, some hair and envelopes… no good.

Very outdated, the breakfast is minimal and that room is dark. We called and let them know we'd be in about midnight and it took 40 minutes to get someone's attention to check us in. The pool was closed but there were no signs about that

The view was off the courtyard and that was nice. Parking was easy and convenient. It was close to a lot of things, though Santa Fe is not that huge but still very convenient location

The room was booked for 7 nights and paid.I went to use the pool and they said it wasn't opened.The website says it opened on Memorial Day through Oct. Iwas told it was stated on the website it wasn't opened and no it is not.The first room I was put in did not have a refrigerator which I needed because I am there for work.So they moved me and there was an air conditioner problem but they fixed that but I was looking forward to swimming after 9 hours working construction outside to be told it wasn't open.I am requesting a discount on my next stay or a free one night stay.Thank you.

Snow was frozen into ice under the check in canopy super dangerous and slippery especially when you consider the rest of the parking lot is clean. Plan on carb loading, with no protein for breakfast besides yogurt. Printer in the business center didn't work and I had to get someone at the front desk to connect the computer to the internet for me because it wasn't working either, and I needed to email my document since I couldn't print it. Homeless hangout and the property management doesn't really care, kinda noisy and lots of traffic in the parking lot.

Comfy bed and pillows, easy check-in. Off the main highway, The courtyard is gorgeous and I love that dogs aren't allowed in the grass. It's dated and not spotless, housekeeping doesn't speak English. Mixed brands of shampoo conditioner and lotion, 😂. Not sure how!

We chose this place because it looked really nice online for a nice romantic get away. I booked for a King room & was given a 2 bed room. We arrived 2 hours after check in & our room was supposedly not ready!

The wifi was terrible, couldn't get any work in, couldn't even look at my cell for texts and such. You really need to get that upgraded. The pool was filthy, a simple net to catch the debris would have made a huge difference. The towels were substandard, very thin.

Comfortable, fridge, microwave, great selection of tv stations. The AC works very well, I actually had to turn it down a bit it worked so well. Breakfast was decent, put something in the tummy. Checking in and out was easy.
