I didn't like that the tv was outdated. We couldn't stream netflix. There was dead bug residue on the walls and ceiling.

I loved the location. It was the perfect balance of beach and downtown. Room service was exceptional and the water in the shower was amazing.

The room was great. Loved my view and having my own little porch. The sad thing was that we couldn’t stay a second day.

I got charged $25.00 a day for parking, I was not made aware of the charge when booking in although I was given a permit to put in my car. I assumed this was free for guests. I put a credit card down on my daughters room and although nothing was spent there was a $75 pending charge still showing 4 days later, I am watching this like a hawk waiting to see if it clears out.

The restroom was what I didn’t like, the hinges of the door were super rusted and the bathroom door was dirty. Some of the wallpaper was falling off as well.

Small fridge, not enough chairs in the room/on the patio, can't turn on lights on the patio. Could hear the people walking in the room directly above us.

I would recommend this place for vacation only. If you need to work, the WiFi is better at other hotels in the area. Especially for zoom meetings. I actually paid extra for better service and that was not great at all. This was the 4th hotel we stayed at and while everything checked out to be great, it came down to WiFi and the staff working the kitchen not being available during posted hours. There were several times I went up and either someone wasn't there or they had the sign up with their open hours with no staff available. This was inconvenient and room service was not available during the entire stay we were there as well (4 nights). This was the 4th hotel we stayed at this month in the area to be able to make recommendations for people that are looking for a great place to stay while working with a beach view. This would come in last for anyone looking for a place to work from while enjoying the beach at the same time.

The parking fee was a surprise. But don't go to eat at guseppies. Horrible food. I love Italian and they ruined flavor all around.

The beds were so super comfy. Our mini fridge didn't want to cool and they immediately brought up a new one. The fun beach stuff that was offered was awesome free of charge. Just a FYI, I wasn't informed of the 25$ parking fee.. but no biggie.

Room needed a little paint touchups-not a bid deal.

The location by the beach was awesome. Beautiful view and enjoyed a beverage on the comfy patio. Had to wait to check-in but not too bad. Bed was comfy & a partial view of the beach from our balcony-nice! Staff extremely helpful as we left some personal items in hotel that we retrieved a few days later. Thanks again.
