Why not introduce real plates, cups and cutlery (instead of single-use)? :) It worked well in the other Samesun I stayed at.

Towels are too thin in my perspective and also, it would be awesome if the TV was smart, so you could display your streaming choices u there. The balcony door is not exactly sound proof.

Front desk staff, they were all joyful to assist with inquiries! great job to all. I appreciate that our special request of a room with no room above was honored. The parking space is accessible and offers good space. Breakfast was super simple but not disappointing: coffee, tea, yogurt, milk, cereal and some whole fruits, exactly what you need to get going. Our room was very spacious as well as the bathroom, great shower.

I would give this hostel 10 points if not a noise from the street. The cleanest hostel I’ve been in my life, location is the best, staff is very nice and helpful.

I love everything about this hostel: location ( clean, beautiful location in good part of the city), staff ( friendly, polite, kind people), breakfast is good, I loved to spend my time in the patio and met few great people! One of the best hostels in the US! Highly recommend!

we found the water pressure to be disappointingly slow. Additionally, while the breakfast was not exceptional

Our stay at Samesun San Francisco was fantastic. The room was excellent, and its central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions on foot. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. We even lost a ring during our stay, and the staff found it and kept it safe for us until we returned which we truly appreciated. Additionally, the secure parking lot provided peace of mind for our three-night stay.

Parking space is really limited. Hotel is in a residential neighborhood (safe) but thanks to this it's difficult to find a parking spot nearby.

Great location, safe neighborhood, a bit outdated but very clean. The room was really spacious. Serves a limited breakfast but we enjoyed the coffee and yogurt. Public transport is available to the main attractions such as fisherman's wharf.

My room faced Lombard Street, and the noises from both the road and ceiling were audible. The staff who checked me in didn't provide the notice for my car to display that I was staying at the hostel, so be sure to request one if it's not given to you.

I love it that they offer free parking on the premises (plenty of spaces were available when I arrived on Friday night). The room was spacious and clean. The location was impeccable, with the Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman's Wharf, and the iconic Lombard Street all within walking distance. It feels safe to walk around the neighborhood streets even at night.
